A professional couple wanted a luxurious, yet serene master bathroom/spa. They are fascinated with the modern, simple look that exudes beauty and relaxation. Their “wish list”: Enlarged bathroom; walk-in steam shower; heated shower bench built long enough to lay on; natural light; easy to maintain; modern shower fixtures. The interior finishes had to be soothing and beautiful. The outcome is spectacular!

Inspiration for a large timeless brown floor sunroom remodel in Other with a standard fireplace, a stone fireplace and a standard ceiling

Before (front) For this home, the homeowners wanted to keep similar look and color but update the quality of their home. We replaced the old Masonite siding with 0.44ml Mastic Vinyl Dutch Lap Siding in Classic Cream. Standard White vinyl corner trim was installed. Aluminum Fasica and vinyl hidden vent soffit were also installed in White. Lastly, Arctic White 4” window trim around the front windows was installed.

This beautiful dark gray home was remodeled with Iron Gray James Hardie siding and Arctic White trim. 7" cedarmill lap and shingle siding was used to create a more aesthetically interesting exterior. The white columns and porch ceilings added another level of curb appeal to this stunning home.
