A Custom double vanity fits perfectly in this spacious Master Bath. The vanity color is Benjamin Moore Andes Summit. The countertop material is White River Granite. The mirrors were purchased by the client. All of the hardware is Crystal knobs from Emtek.

The open floor plan of the main living space of this house was designed with the owners extensive art collection in mind. With built in displays and appropriate lighting, the living room becomes a live-in gallery space complimented with a collection of contemporary furnishings and design features.

Inspiration for a large timeless backyard tile patio remodel in San Francisco with a roof extension and a fireplace

Our designer, Hannah Tindall, worked with the homeowners to create a contemporary kitchen, living room, master & guest bathrooms and gorgeous hallway that truly highlights their beautiful and extensive art collection. The entire home was outfitted with sleek, walnut hardwood flooring, with a custom Frank Lloyd Wright inspired entryway stairwell. The living room's standout pieces are two gorgeous velvet teal sofas and the black stone fireplace. The kitchen has dark wood cabinetry with frosted glass and a glass mosaic tile backsplash. The master bathrooms uses the same dark cabinetry, double vanity, and a custom tile backsplash in the walk-in shower. The first floor guest bathroom keeps things eclectic with bright purple walls and colorful modern artwork.

This home in Las Campanas, built in the late 80’s, was a major remodel for Diva Interior Design and took more than two years to complete. The home was given a fresh, new look with new sandstone and custom wood flooring through-out the house. All of the baths were remodeled with new tile, stone and plumbing fixtures. The master bath was transformed into a luxury spa and the master closet was expanded to meet the needs of the new owners, with built cabinets for specific storage needs. Cabinets were refinished, walls were re-plastered and painted and all the lighting was redone. After completing the remodeling, Diva designed and furnished the entire house, working with the clients to design a very personalized aesthetic to blend their extensive collection of art and artifacts collected over a lifetime of travel and living in all parts of Europe and Russia. Custom pieces were designed using carving details from Nicolai Fetchin, the Russian artist and carver that lived in Taos and had a great impact on New Mexico style.

Captivated by South Haven’s natural charm and waterfront beauty, this storybook, waterfront abode is exceptionally true to its lakefront character. Featuring over 3,600 square feet with five bedroom and three-and-a-half baths, the careful design of this open and charming layout paired with grand views from nearly every room, capture all the warmth and playfulness of lakefront living. • A beach friendly fiber cement siding in a cheerful shade of blue blends seamlessly with the water backdrop, while contrasting white trim and darker blue window clad lend definition to the exterior. • An impressive kitchen with stunning Ann Sachs tile backsplash, quartz countertops, richly stained bistro table and Viking Appliances overlook the generous, but clearly defined, living and dining rooms. • Extensive built-ins with extra storage and workspace, such as a distinctive dining serving piece featuring quartz stone and a lake reflecting mirror, maximize space and make entertaining a breeze. • Playful design elements like Thibaut wallpaper, braided hemp cabinet insets and white-washed European white oak floors complement the home’s coastal flair with nautical décor and warm hues. • Fine finishes and rich trim details including wainscot, various painted ceilings, louvered doors on cabinetry, and fireplace surround with kitchen coordinating quartz stone, show off the intricate design gestures. • Skillfully designed upstairs presents a restful master retreat with private balcony, two guest bedrooms, convenient laundry featuring sleek retractable doors and space maximizing built in bunk beds with ultra-clever steps that provide storage. • The lower level’s extra guest quarters, additional laundry, full beach bath with top-to-bottom tiled shower, diligent kitchenette, beach-friendly stained concrete floors, outdoor shower that keeps sand at bay, and direct access to the sugary sands of Lake Michigan. Our client has a large collection of bonsai trees and wanted an exhibition space for the extensive collection and a workshop to tend to the growing plants. Together we came up with a plan for a beautiful garden with plenty of space and a water feature. The design also included a Japanese-influenced pavilion in the middle of the garden. The pavilion is comprised of three separate rooms. The first room is features a tokonoma, a small recessed space to display art. The second, and largest room, provides an open area for display. The room can be accessed by large glass folding doors and has plenty of natural light filtering through the skylights above. The third room is a workspace with tool storage.
