Drewett WorksPositioned at the base of Camelback Mountain this hacienda is muy caliente! Designed for dear friends from New York, this home was carefully extracted from the Mrs’ mind.
She had a clear vision for a modern hacienda. Mirroring the clients, this house is both bold and colorful. The central focus was hospitality, outdoor living, and soaking up the amazing views. Full of amazing destinations connected with a curving circulation gallery, this hacienda includes water features, game rooms, nooks, and crannies all adorned with texture and color.
This house has a bold identity and a warm embrace. It was a joy to design for these long-time friends, and we wish them many happy years at Hacienda Del Sueño.

Nar Design GroupOur carpenters labored every detail from chainsaws to the finest of chisels and brad nails to achieve this eclectic industrial design. This project was not about just putting two things together, it was about coming up with the best solutions to accomplish the overall vision. A true meeting of the minds was required around every turn to achieve "rough" in its most luxurious state.
Featuring multiple Columbia Cabinet finishes; contrasting backsplashes, wall textures and flooring are all part of what makes this project so unique! Features include: Sharp microwave drawer, glass front wine fridge, fully integrated dishwasher, Blanco compost bin recessed into the counter, Walnut floating shelves, and barn house lighting.

Klopf ArchitectureHow do you expand an L shaped Eichler with the challenge of extending a long dark entry? Klopf Architecture's solution, to design a light filled atrium in the hallway to open up the bedroom expansion with green plants, sky lights and a glass wall. Not to mention the thoughtfulness of a blind door with wood siding similar to the rest of the home.

Professional cooking Island (l. 288 cm x w.142) with professional double oven, 6 burners, warming cabinets, a lava stone grill, and a coup de feu. Equipped with double drawers and compartments with double door. Large washing area with Carrara marble top, fitted with 90 cm double basin sink, a 60 cm single basin sink, extractable bin, double dishwashers, and a professional ice maker. Above the cooking topthere is a professional pyramid extraction hood with motor. Storage wall (l.286 cm) made of lacquered solid oak wood with chromed brass frames. It is equipped with a refrigerator (with icemaker), microwave and refrigerant drawers.
