With options for a 4th bedroom and a 3 car garage, the Parker is for the home buyer looking to spread their roots. Perfectly suited for growing families, or those with a love for outdoor extracurriculars, the Parker is energy efficient, spacious, and beautiful inside and out.

The second powder room off of the garage & back staircase was unnecessary for this large family. They really needed a Mud Room for all of the kids back packs and necessary items for extracurricular activities. Leaving the door on the room allowed the parents to hide and mess the children may leave. We matched the style of the other rooms with the custom cabinetry and created individual storage for the entire family.

This project won in the 2013 Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh Housing Excellence Award for Best Urban Renewal Renovation Project. Similar to the previous picture, this family chose to create a spot for everything. Baskets and shelving outlining the unit become a great place to store extracurricular items year round. That way, you’re not left with football pads or dance shoes in a pile by the door. Hooks provide a great storage space for backpacks and jackets, while the overhead bins make for great seasonal storage.
