Inspiration for an eclectic living room remodel in San Francisco with white walls

This 80 acre ranch in the coastal foothills has a beautifully rich environment with great diversity of vegetation, two creeks and a pond set amongst large old oak trees. The design for this site, an old dairy farm, has included master planning for the site, layout of pastures, paddocks, and fencing, layout of roads and building sites, development of a 90' x 200' outdoor riding arena design with terraced, shaded viewing area, and a round pen. This office has been responsible for site planning, grading, drainage and construction details for site work, and building design for the ten stall barn and separate 70' x 160' covered arena with attached viewing room.

Living Wood Design collaborated on a custom live edge black walnut dining table with Allison Babcock, a Sag Harbor, NY designer with an elegant approach to interior design. This live edge black walnut table was handcrafted in Living Wood Design's Muskoka, Ontario studio, with custom made modern white steel base and shipped to Sag Harbor. This contemporary dining table perfectly complements the interior in this beautiful renovation.

On this 20 acre property, the owner wanted to construct two equestrian barns, the first a boarding barn with 24 stalls, tack room, wash stall, five to six grooming stalls, and support spaces. The second barn has six 12’ x 12’ stalls. Additional buildings included a full court dressage indoor arena, with attached viewing room, and storage barn for hay, shavings, and feed.
