During the remodel it was discovered the front porch was failing structurally and needed to be rebuilt. By lifting the roof structure, we removed the flooring and the framing below. Once we built back the floor to modern standards we lowered the roof back down and fastened it to together.

With the emphasis on “fun” we designed and remodeled the bath with a distinct “Miami” character to it. Walking into the bath never fails to put a smile on the homeowner's face. The brightly-colored mosaic tiles create a unique wave pattern. The porthole windows allow for natural light as well as privacy. The poured concrete countertop was created to match the existing floor. The finished room presented a full shower bath with plenty of natural light and ample room for vanity, toilet and a French door false balcony to the exterior.

The interior floors had been previously stained but were showing wear. we removed the sealer, stained the floors, and applied two coats of finish to the interior floors. The garage floor was previously painted but had failed badly. We ground it all off and refinished it with an epoxy system with mini flakes.

This project included replacing a cracked and failing concrete driveway with a long-lasting and aesthetically pleasing paver driveway. You're definitely parking in style at this modern farmhouse.

We always grind the concrete to be sure we remove all contaminates and give a good profile for the epoxy coating to attach and bind. notice there is no dust with this system, it is all being vacuumed away.

Inside we ripped out the existing failing kitchen and flooring, tied in the adjacent flooring into the kitchen and installed an entirely custom kitchen with very large island which moved the sink and dishwasher unit giving the kitchen more usable counter space and a better over all flow and function. Bathroom renovation consisted of a revamped vanity with new top and sinks, custom built mirror unit and lighting. Bedroom remodel and finishing the basement with vinyl flooring and new drywall. we also finished the downstairs 2 pc bathroom. Outside we replaced ripped-out failing stairs and overgrown shrubs. removed the windows and restored the garage to a usable space with a new garage door and proper separation from living space above. we built a new retaining wall and privacy fence with a gate.

Familiar with EIFS? It means 'exterior insulated finish system', and it failed. Here's the finished look after we completely redid the exterior skin, using HardiPlank and cultured stone.
