Don Strobel and his team designed and built a new front porch, a staircase and master bathroom for us. We chose them because we could see they understood what we wanted from the initial drawings. The project entailed complicated interior and exterior work. It was all carried out very professionally by experts in their craft. We are happy with the result and receive many compliments by people who just stop in to tell us how much they like it.

Strobel Design Build worked closely with my husband and me and made the vision for our renovation come to life. HIred Don and his team to do a large scale addition of front and back porches, complete re-roofing and painting for our 1912 house. Everything went according to schedule as much as the unusually rainy January would allow at the beginning of the project. Don worked personally with us on several changes to the original plans and kept in close touch with his subs. All of the subs that were brought in were first rate professionals who did the job right.

Don Strobel and all his subcontractors can be relied on for outstanding work, communications, efficiency, and professionalism. Don is an expert on "green" design and can make recommendations for the most efficient products and designs. Don Strobel built a two-room plus full bath addition for us. It's gorgeous, energy-efficient, with solid construction integrity. We also worked with this company to install new front entryway doors and lighting. The project required carpentry, masonry, electrical, and painting. The end result has vastly improved the overall appearance of the street view of our home. Strobel Design Build is neither the least nor the most expensive. We are convinced this company is the best value for all the above stated reasons.

This is our second large job with Strobel and we couldn't be happier. This time we completely renovated a kitchen, a half-bath, a 28-foot coral rock fireplace along with the installation of over 2000 sq feet of new wonderful wood flooring. From consultation to completion everything was professional and honest. Furthermore, Don has an incredible design sense and he is alway aware of the newest methods and materials. He pays attention to all the details and he leads a great team who all know their stuff! He helped us select everything from designs to materials and he helped us bring to life more than what we imagined. His proposed budgets were on target aside from the structural issues we encountered along the way--all of which couldn't have been avoided or uncovered until the project began. We have done a lot of work on our house throughout the years and the work we have had done by Strobel has consistently been of the highest quality all around.

Outstanding performance for major renovation adding two new bathrooms and an in-law suite. Design and planning were excellent, blending in to an existing mid-century Florida home on the water. Strobel was personally involved in all aspects from beginning to finish. We were able to let Strobel take complete control and we did not have to engage in micro management of the project--very easy to work with and end result was exactly what we were looking for---a one of a kind design.
