This garage is yet another example of a home store do it yourself epoxy failure. As you can see from the before pictures below, he existing epoxy coating was peeling and flaking throughout the garage making the garage look old, dark and dingy. Not only did this homeowner want to beautify the floor but they also wanted to add some basic organizational systems. And that’s where Global Garage of Central Jersey was able to lend a hand. We came in, grinded off the existing epoxy floor coating and applied our polyaspartic floor coating in 1/8 Brown trout chip finish. The flooring was complete in just one day even with the temperatures in the low twenties. We returned the next day to install adjustable wire shelving and our slatwall in a maple wood grain finish as requested by the homeowner.

Using Wood-Mode's Vista doorstyle with a light stain on maple wood, we designed cabinetry for this entire home. This "floating" cabinet has a deeply recessed toe for structural support and plumbing access. You can't see it unless you lie on the floor so we accomplished the visual aesthetic without risk of design failure.

We covered the entire 43k sqft. roof in under 24 hours. Their multilevel commercial flat roof was struck with record-breaking-sized hail during severe weather that lasted for several days. The impacts penetrated the entire College Station roofing assembly, allowing water to enter and begin flooding the building. Protecting sensitive equipment and their production work became priority number one on our commercial roofing priorities list.

This house is located in the Grant Park Historic District of the City of Atlanta, Georgia. Nearly all historic fabric behind front & side exterior faces had been lost to structural failure prior to this re-design. Many window units were preserved & repaired. Entire interior was rebuilt, new masonry fireplace & chimney were built, and a substantial addition was constructed onto the rear to allow a skyline view of downtown Atlanta. Geometric theme of the design involved a segmental arch repeated throughout the design, both in plan and in various elevations and details. Beveled pine siding, with a 6" horizontal lap matched the original. Wood trim, paint grade, was used to match the basic trim of the original Folk Victorian construction that would have housed a successful working middle class family when the original home was built.
