This Romantic bed features a vintage finish and Victorian ornamentation including fluted columns, carved details and rounded feet. Lace canopy adds to the decor.

The designer chose to go with two large single vanities and a nice shower with custom features and decided to use a big soaking tub inside of the shower. The vanity area shown in this project has plenty of storage within the large cabinets and the small drawers below. The countertop is White Fantasy marble with mitered waterfall edge and white square vessel sink. The wall tile is 18x18 Carrara Marble porcelain and the floor tile is hexagon Carrara Marble. Glass shower doors often require the use of the threshold under the frame. Because of that we used two custom White Fantasy thresholds under the glass. This existing client reached out to MMI Design for help shortly after the flood waters of Harvey subsided. Her home was ravaged by 5 feet of water throughout the first floor. What had been this client's long-term dream renovation became a reality, turning the nightmare of Harvey's wrath into one of the loveliest homes designed to date by MMI. We led the team to transform this home into a showplace. Our work included a complete redesign of her kitchen and family room, master bathroom, two powders, butler's pantry, and a large living room. MMI designed all millwork and cabinetry, adjusted the floor plans in various rooms, and assisted the client with all material specifications and furnishings selections. Returning these clients to their beautiful '"new" home is one of MMI's proudest moments!

Calacatta Fantasy Marble is a popular choice for floors, walls, and even counters. Known as metamorphic rock because it tends to change over time from exposure to heat and pressure, marble is a good option for kitchens and bathrooms because of its low abrasion resistance and overall ability to withstand heat. Marble tile enhances the interior/exterior walls and floors.
