Spaces by jacflash inexpensively spruced up this client's condo by using several of his existing furniture pieces but adding more organic touches to create this memorable and refreshing space. Based off of his existing bed and the sentiments of his favourite world map painting, we created a frame wall and small work area tying in the fascinating map theme. The central living room wall displayed a sophisticated matte black wainscoting and a satin finished, custom live edge oak coffee table with modern hairpin legs matching a reclaimed wood media shelf mated with industrial pipe shelf brackets. The second bedroom featured a classic barn board headboard with incorporated shelves to hold LED reading lights. Each piece of reclaimed grey barn board has it's own character and textured from 100 years of exposure to Ontario's sun, rain, snow and wind. This created a cozy and organic vibe to a typical stark, cookie cutter condo room. Even the washroom contained reclaimed, grey, barn board shelves which were paired with stylish, brushed nickel shelf mounts.

Charcoal siding, with its tremendous range and adaptability, looks equally in the outdoors when coupled with materials that are fascinated by the landscape. This house was only 1,100 SF with 2 bedrooms and one bath. In this project we added 600SF making it 4+3 and remodeled the entire house. The house now has amazing polished concrete floors, modern kitchen with a huge island and many contemporary features all throughout.

inspired spa style sauna, steam shower, whirlpool tub, locker room to an adjacent gym have been very challenging, to capture all amenities that he was inquiring. Space was limited and how build partition walls, created a dilemma to achieve our goals. We had to reconstruct and move bearing posts to gain footsteps for our amazing and rejuvenating spa room. This New Spa was a state of art with a curved tiled bench inside steam room and an Infrared Sauna, soaking whirlpool tub, separate dressing and vanity area just separated from adjacent Gym through pocket doors. New gym with mirrored walls was faced the backyard with a large window. The main room was separated into an entertaining area with large bar and cabinetry, and some built INS facing the backyard. A new French door & window was added to back wall to allow more natural light. Built ins covered with light color natural maple wood tones, we were capturing his nature lifestyle. Through a double glass French door now you enter the state of the art movie theater room. Ceiling star panels, steps row seating, a large screen panel with black velvet curtains has made this space an Icon’s paradise. We have used embedded high quality speakers and surround sound equipped with all new era of projectors, receivers and multiple playing gadgets. The staircase to main level and closet space were redesigned allowing him additional hallway and storage space that he required to have, Intrigued color schemes and fascinating equipment’s has made this basement a place for serenity and excitement

In this fascinating kitchen, all furniture pieces are decorated in white that is the prevailing color here. The island in the center of the kitchen is illuminated by a few beautiful large ball-shaped lamps while all ceiling-mounted lamps act as background lighting. The story of darkness has an interesting twist, as the baggy windbreaker swirls in the alley, the world converges in the strong aroma of morning coffee. The smell spreads and diffuses, wordless but fascinating. With coffee-like deep brown under our feet, the kitten‘s body is unseen, but its bright eyes still shine through. ​ The coloring process of this type of flooring is unique, using the reactive stain coloring technique, wood’s natural colors and grains react differently to the water-based environment-friendly chemicals, such color variations represent wood’s natural characteristics. The water-based UV Lacquer coating type provides great protection to the wood planks, it not only prevents the permeating of water moisture but is also more durable and environment-friendly.

The idea for the creation of this clock began while listening to 'Clair de lune' by Debussy. The fascinating melody and the image of moonlight inspired the artist. This cuckoo wall clock, ‘Moontime’, has captured the poetry of this magic moment. The subdued lights, the peace and quiet of a ‘midsummer’s night’ where the atmosphere becomes ironic with amusing images: the calm, detached and relaxed cat observing the daring canary popping in and out of the wide open cage. This cuckoo clock is made of black painted wood, the artwork is white with a very simple design which is quite childish yet elegant, recalling a type of vintage style. The moon is depicted very simply as if seen through a small round window where the cat is sitting and where the hands of the clock are placed. Situated below the window is the open cage where the cuckoo mechanism is positioned and on the hour the canary pops out to defy the cat. The base has a linear motif and a vase with a plant, from this base a black pendulum hangs, completing the work of art. It has a quartz mechanism with a photosensitive sensor that automatically turns off the cuckoo sound in the absence of light.

The views from the screened porch are so Fascinating that are connected with the eating space. This modern 3-bedroom house plans function for a holiday or recreational space.
