This large curved 2 level deck was built in Berkeley Heights, NJ. The flooring is Ipe hardwood that was screwed down and plugged. The plugs were then sanded flush with the floor so there were no visible fasteners. We used over 8000 plugs on the deck! The railing is a custom railing by Deck Pros. Most of the components are from the Azek railing system while the top rail and sub-rail are Ipe hardwood. It took many hours in our shop to bend the rail and attach the Ipe top rail. Low voltage LED light caps and stair lights provide illumination at night. The customer plans to add a pergola to the high 6x6 rail posts.

The porch and deck columns are wrapped in pvc with a paint finish. The ceiling is a 1x6 T&G pine painted. Other features include a custom grill area with a green egg.

This deck/patio combination in Summit, NJ gives the customer plenty of room to relax and entertain. The paver stones are CST Roman Cobble Stone. The built-in bench adds design and function. The deck and landing are Wolf Serenity Serenity PVC in Amberwood. All decking fasteners are hidden. The railing is Westbury Tuscany Aluminum in Textured Bronze. The posts have been upgrade to 4" (standard is 2"). Low voltage LED lighting puts the finishing touches on the project. Lights are located in each stair riser, under the patio bench, around the patio perimeter and in front of each deck post in the floor.

The Pavilion Couch is upholstered in genuine Italian top-grain leather on all sides (except the bottom edge) similar to Spinneybeck top-grain leather used in the original version by Knoll. The frame is constructed of solid ash wood and finished with a dark walnut stain. The matching genuine leather headrest can be fastened to either end.

This rustic structure is of 100% rough cut cedar. Four identical structural trusses support the roof system. All fasteners are hidden. Ceiling is of 1x6 tongue and groove cedar decking.

This custom wood deck is made of equal-sized, interlocking panels, made from cypress and stained with Penofin exterior finish. The deck units are not fastened to, but float over a waterproof deck membrane surface, and are removable for cleaning.
