This fence was built using, Clear redwood and solid redwood framework. It's in the front yard in this beautiful neighborhood so it need to be 42" tall. After completion, this fence was beautifully sanded, it has 2 coats of Jarah Brown Cabot Stain and all of the nail holes are filled to give the ultimate clean finish.

Total makeover of this contemporary Houston Heights townhome backyard. A brick border with notched corners encapsulates a crowned synthetic lawn creating an extremely low maintenance, puppy-friendly space. We lined the lawn frame with Blackstar Gravel (instead of mulch) to add elegance and make this space even more low maintenance. A row of evenly spaced Eagleston Hollies line the back fence and will grow to add additional privacy from neighboring homes. Confederate Jasmine is trellised on a diamond cable pattern and will bloom white in spring. The fence is painted with our proprietary "River Oaks Green"... a secret recipe of Lanson B. Dramatic plant textures, modern hardscaping and sharp angles enhanced this mid-century modern bungalow. Soft plants were chosen to contrast with the sharp angles of the pathways and hard edges of the MCM home, while providing all-season interest. Horizontal privacy screens wrap the front porch and create intimate garden spaces – some visible only from the street and some visible only from inside the home. The front yard is relatively small in size, but full of colorful texture.
