Client had several bathrooms in his home but this particular one he found himself using much, so it was time for him to update to his vision of a man cave. we worked closely with the client on the entire process, after our initial consultation with client we did a draft design and mood board for the client, then we started sourcing materials etc. Once our final decisions were made on products we proceeded with the renovation. this was an absolutely amazing transformation, very chic and upscale and we now have a very happy client..Please scroll through pics to see his final text to our team and now we are in process of doing another bathroom for him in the same home.

This luxury transitional residence was visualized to help the client evaluate and finalize the exterior material palette and landscape design before construction. The project focused on exploring various combinations of finishes, allowing the client to compare different design directions and understand how each choice would influence the overall character of the home.
Throughout the design process, multiple options were tested for the roofing materials, exterior wall finishes, and window trims. These visualizations provided a clear representation of the subtle differences in texture, color, and architectural expression, helping the client make confident design decisions.
The version presented here is the final selected scheme, combining timeless materials with refined detailing to create a sophisticated and elegant appearance that perfectly complements the home's transitional architecture.
The project was modeled in SketchUp and rendered using D5 Render, delivering high-quality visuals that streamlined the material selection process and brought the design vision to life.

After discussing many options of where to have this pool installed on the property the final decision was made for the bottom of the hill. Many advantages for installation due to a cul de sac on the lower portion but it meant that there needed to be a substantial staircase to access from the house. Boulders were used for the main retention system with outcroppings used along the decorative concrete steps made by Belgard to address the hillside slope. A simple paver patio rounds out phase 1 of the project. Future plans for grilling/bar chill area are in the works for Spring 2021!
