Our Austin studio furnished the living room, dining room, and primary suite in this spacious, family-friendly home. Our clients have two children and wanted a home that is fun and functional. We furnished the living room with large sofas in subtle hues and accessorized the seating with colorful, printed pillows and cushions. The sofas are complemented with sleek chairs, a practical center table, and a printed rug that completes the look. We turned the fireplace into an accent wall with glass shelving and cabinets on either side. The dining room flaunts a simple round table with modern angular chairs, and the statement piece here is the chandelier. The palette in the bedroom is light and fresh with pastel linen, wood side tables, and glass lamps. Tolomeo Wall Light By Artemide Lighting SKU# TLS1100 The Artemide's Tolomeo Wall lamp is a charming wall sconce that will look great with any modern decor. It gives an LED (direct and indirect) or a fluorescent light or a halogen or an incandescent lighting (depending upon the bulb type). It flaunts an impeccable diffuser in a parchment paper or in a pale grey satin and polycarbonate fiber blend. It is held in a vertical position all the time through a fully adjustable articulated arm structure, which is made of polished aluminum.

Ashley Farrell An unused slope was transformed into a multi terraced oasis. The bottom level is a bocce ball court with ground oyster shells. The middle patio includes an outdoor dining room, an outdoor kitchen with a Santa Maria style barbecue, a copper farm sink, a beautiful stone fireplace, a decomposed granite patio, with a gorgeous wooden ranch style dining table, with wooden arbor built over stone pillars. The upper level flaunts a flagstone patio with a stone fire pit surrounded by beautiful sandstone retaining walls.
