This project was an LED upgrade and repair to an older, existing outdoor lighting system that was in not working. Many of the lighting wires had been cut and a good many of the fixtures needed to be relocated due to the more mature landscape. The system was cleaned, repaired and the old halogen lamps were replaced with high quality, energy efficient, LED lamps. This fortunate homeowner will now get to enjoy night after night of flawless light around the garden and pool spaces, and not have to worry about changing a bulb on this current system ever again.

This kitchen was redesigned to better serve the needs of the family. As frequent entertainers, they sought a space that was as elegant as it was enduring.
The existing space was dated and did not allow the homeowner to prepare gourmet meals with optimal efficiency. The solution was to redesign the space, featuring durable and long lasting materials. The new appliances feature innovative technology to optimize their unique cooking needs.
Flawless custom white painted cabinetry illuminates the space while the maintenance free quartz countertops add ultimate durability.

The maple cabinets and the farmhouse sink work together and present a warm and country touch to the kitchen.

Lagoon-side property in the Bel Marin Keys, Novato, CA. Entertaining and enjoying the views were a primary design goal for this project. The project includes a large camaru deck with built-in seating. The concrete steps and pavers lead down to the water's edge. I included a sunken patio on one side and a beautiful Buddha statue on the other, surrounded by succulents and other low-water, contemporary plantings. I also used Dymondia ground cover to create a natural pathways within the garden.

The homeowners wanted the range area to be its own focal point, so we designed it to look like a hutch with the glass doors, open shelving, brackets, and bead board.
The bead board back is behind the entire unit and the brackets extend down to the wood counter top.
