To meet my client’s needs, we divided the sitting room in half. One half was used for the master closet and the other half for the bathroom. We built a large shower stall with a niche bench and multiple shower heads. We added a vanity with his-and-her sinks and mirrors. The bathroom includes a floor to ceiling medicine cabinet. The floors have radiant heat under the hexagon tile flooring.

The surface is non porous which means water cannot seep through no matter how much splashing is made on the floor. Stone tiles are quite tough in nature as well which makes them. Marble is resistant to corrosive material like harsh chemical cleaners, bleaches or acidic drinks like Soda. This makes them ideal for use as kitchen floor tiles or industrial flooring. So the next time you are thinking of remodeling, Thassos white marble can be the best decision you make. Yes the tile is not expensive comparing to others; in fact the entire range of stone marble doesn’t come cheap. But if we look on the brighter side, Thassos floor tiles is a onetime investment that will last for years. This spacious master bathroom is bright and elegant. It features white Calacatta marble tile on the floor, wainscoting treatment, and enclosed glass shower. The same Calacatta marble is also used on the two vanity countertops. Our crew spent time planning out the installation of the gorgeous water-jet floor tile insert, as well as the detailed Calacatta slab wall treatment in the shower. It's hard to believe that this gorgeous master bath was once a small, dull bathroom. Our clients wanted a luxurious, yet practical bath. To accommodate a double vanity, we re-claimed space from an existing closet and replaced the lost space by adding a cantilever on the other side of the room. The material selections bring the mission style aesthetic to life - natural cherry cabinets, black pearl granite, oil rubbed bronze medicine cabinets, vessel sink, multi-color slate floors and shower tile surround.

Navy cabinet in this his and hers master bathroom pops against the white and neutral colors in the rest of the bathroom. The wall mounted faucets and undermount sinks pair nicely with the functionality of the vanity doors and drawers. Just behind the vanity and mirrors, you'll find the walk-in shower.
