We ensured transparency by allowing you to pay the electrician directly. We understand the confusion and frustration that can arise from such situations and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

In terms of project management, we deeply regret that the performance of your initial project manager did not meet the high standards we set at Nomi. While he had a strong background in construction (10 years as a construciton company owner), we acknowledge that his performance fell short of expectations. In light of your feedback, we promptly made the decision to reassign your project to a senior project manager with a proven track record of excellence. We accept full responsibility for this oversight and are committed to ensuring that such issues do not recur in the future.

Before officially closing your project, we conducted a thorough walkthrough and review of the entire renovation. At that time, we were not made aware of any outstanding items or repairs needed. However, if there are indeed any blemishes or issues that have arisen after project completion, we sincerely apologize for any oversights. Please don't hesitate to let us know about these concerns so that we can promptly address them and ensure your complete satisfaction.
