Transforming key spaces in a home can really change the overall look and feel, especially in main living areas such as a kitchen or primary bathroom! Our goal was to create a bright, fresh, and timeless design in each space. We accomplished this by incorporating white cabinetry and by swapping out the small, seemingly useless island for a large and much more functional peninsula. And to transform the primary bathroom into a serene sanctuary, we incorporated a new open and spacious glass shower enclosure as well as a luxurious free-standing soaking tub, perfect for ultimate relaxation.

Mapeguard 2 - Uncoupling membrane
Our crew is beginning prep work on a 1,600 Sq. Ft floor today. After extensive grinding and leveling work they are almost complete with the uncoupling membrane installation. On this project we are using Mapei's Mapeguard 2 membrane which will stop any floor cracks up to 3/8s of an inch from transferring to the tile. This home had many large cracks and out of plane fractures on the existing concrete slab. This membrane will ensure our client never has to deal with cracked tile!

Layers of brushed cement, traced over by specks and hairline fractures, express a modern industrial look with a brushed grain pattern and slight tonal changes from an overcast gray to a light ash. Little flecks for texture create a map of depth for any room. Wall mural available in both removable peel-and-stick and permanent wallpapers. Printed with child-safe inks.

Triskele Spiral
This door was created to showcase the oversized carved triskele spiral grouping at its center, inspired by The Book of Durrow. The rich mahogany holds these spiraling Celtic designs in a lighthearted yet fashionable form, lending an inviting welcome to mountain guests as they arrive. The homeowners wanted an entrance that was beautiful yet approachable and playful for the eye, as well as an element that ties into the rock adorning their home and the surrounding mountains.
Raleigh is influenced by countless individuals and cultures, but one of his most versed art forms is the Druid art of patterns and knot works. Drawing from ancient books created by the Druids, Raleigh is able to recreate beautiful designs that have deep-seeded meaning to the ancient people of Europe; The Book of Kells and The Book of Durrow are both fantastic examples. The use of triskele spirals within larger designs, as well as singular, was very popular in Celtic culture. A great example of a larger design made up of multiple triskeles can be viewed on page 29. In this design a man with a woven beard crouches in garb decorated with endless knots and key patterns as he collects a spiraling universe made up of triskele spiral groups. The Triskele Spiral door makes use of these beautiful designs, accentuated by the rich woods and fractured moss rock.
The Triskele Spiral door uses the Renfree Carving Studios Earthquake Pattern to tie the entrance way to the rough rock details carried throughout the exterior of the house. This unique pattern also reflects the surrounding mountains with their vast exposed fractured stone.

Breccia Oniciata is a high-performance porcelain surface that captures the warm tone and complex, fragmented structure of classic Italian brecciated marble. Moving away from standard cold greys, this slab features a rich, multi-layered blend of warm beige, soft hazelnut, peach, and coral undertones. An intricate network of crystallization and translucent onyx-like pockets fractures across the surface, giving the material an exceptional sense of movement, depth, and earthy luxury.

Crystal is a high-performance porcelain surface engineered to replicate the multi-dimensional, crystalline structure of natural quartzite. The slab is defined by a warm, ivory base with a visual depth that gives the material a translucent, glass-like quality under both natural and integrated lighting. Linear, fracturing veins in rich shades of brownish gold and amber cut across the light-reflective surface, adding warmth and high-end texture.

A design tool we often work with is juxtaposition. In this photo we juxtapose an original sideboard now used for storage with gold decorative spheres & a fractured metal stool.

Copper is a bold, industrial 12mm porcelain slab surface that captures the rugged charm of oxidized metal and weathered steel. Moving away from standard stone patterns, this slab features a deep, charcoal-toned foundation shifting with sub-metallic dark iron and graphite shades. A complex, organic overlay of burnished bronze swirls, warm copper mottling, and subtle metallic verdigris fractures across the large-format surface, mimicking the natural patina of raw metal with an inviting, earthy depth.

Large trendy open concept medium tone wood floor, brown floor and vaulted ceiling living room photo in Atlanta with gray walls, a corner fireplace, a stacked stone fireplace and no tv

This walk-in shower brings a quiet, spa-like elegance to the bathroom, pairing handcrafted subway tile in soft grey and cream tones with a stunning fractured-stone mosaic floor in warm honey and champagne hues. A brushed brass linear drain runs discreetly along the back wall, adding a subtle metallic warmth that echoes the polished hardware on the glass enclosure. The interplay of matte wall tile and the floor's organic, sunlit texture creates a serene, grounded atmosphere — refined yet inviting, exactly the kind of considered detail that turns a daily routine into a moment of calm.

This sculptural bangle table is made from solid Mahogany lumber. Embedded within the lumber core are dual steel cables with turn buckles tightened to compress the circumference of each bangle to avoid fracturing of the end grain. Our craftsman spent over 100 hours carefully sculpting every inch of each bangle to create the final textured, organic look – which was inspired from a tree seen on a hike in Aspen, Colorado.
The interior of bangle is wire brushed, exposing the organic texture, then coated in chrome paint, exposing a silver core. The intersecting 3 forms are strategically placed to provide balance and stability.
