The uneven back yard was graded into ¬upper and lower levels with an industrial style, concrete wall. Linear pavers lead the garden stroller from place to place alongside a rain garden filled with swaying grasses that spans the side yard and culminates at a gracefully arching pomegranate tree, A bubbling boulder water feature murmurs soothing sounds. A large steel and willow-roof pergola creates a shady space to dine in and chaise lounges and chairs bask in the surrounding shade. The transformation was completed with a bold and biodiverse selection of low water, climate appropriate plants that make the space come alive. branches laden with impossibly red blossoms and fruit.

Inspiration for a large modern gray two-story stucco flat roof remodel in San Francisco

Original design had the posts running high and a stainless steel cable for vines. The owner elected for a cleaner look with the posts flush with the top of the fence.

This fence was constructed to provide safety, security, and curb appeal to the exposed front yard of this family home situated on busy Lincoln Drive in Paradise Valley, Arizona. The fence was designed as a modular panel system utilizing solid panels parallel to the road to block traffic noise. The solid panels weave between large palo verde trees and landscaping, and are supported by welded steel mesh sections that double as trellises for bougainvillea. The landscape lighting illuminates the undersides of the tree canopies in front of dark fence panels, while smaller plants are presented as textural silhouettes before a light washed wall.
