A playful, modern lounge anchored by bold pops of color and graphic pattern. Vibrant fuchsia seating brings energy and personality into the room, complemented by a geometric multicolor rug that ties the palette together. A black feature wall with a linear geometric design adds depth and sophistication, while brass sculptural accents introduce a touch of glamour. This space blends comfort with contemporary style, creating a fun, inviting spot for relaxing or entertaining.

This beautiful lanai needed some colorful outdoor permanent botanicals to accent the existing furniture. I designed the plantings and re-arranged some existing accessories to bring it together. In the corner is an artificial outdoor cycas palm underplanted with outdoor silk fuchsia bougainvillea.

At the other end of the room an oval table and four dining chairs that are custom upholstered with a fuchsia and orange fabric, provide a great spot to eat breakfast, play games, and do homework. The addition of a wicker chair upholstered in a parrot green fabric with its matching ottoman add texture to the space and provides another place for relaxing and reading.

Beyond the typical toddler room canvas of bright primary colors, bold palettes can be achieved using warm secondary and intermediate colors such as yellow, orange, fuchsia with touches of cool blue, green, and grey.
Opting for walls painted in white or eggshell can leave many possibilities for pops of color and pattern to be introduced on bedding, upholstery, floor coverings, and even a wallpapered feature wall.

Glamour is the name of the game for this gorgeous flat in the 8th arrondissement in Paris.
For Victoria's first international project, she went all out with this client's favorite jewel tones, lush materials, and statement light fixtures. The wall between the kitchen and dining/living room was removed to create an American-inspired “open concept”, the trim was painted black to add contrast to the previously all-white walls, and the wood floors were re-stained to tone down the yellowed oak. Throughout the home, bold colors took center stage with a deep turquoise office/guest quarters and rich sapphire with silver enchant the master bedroom for a luxurious look. In the kitchen, the client had the great idea of adding a bench at the end of the new waterfall countertop, which led to the creation of a mini Parisian-inspired bistro vignette. In the main living space of the home, the only must-have was two custom velvet fuchsia sofas in the living room, so from fun prints in turquoises and purples were mixed for a rich, layered atmosphere.
Amazingly, almost everything was sourced from the U.S. and shipped over to Paris. The Parisian project came to an end with a fun-filled trip to Paris where fabulous accessories to personalize the overall design were sourced and hand selected.

This cottage garden of colorful annuals mixed with perennials and shrubs line both sides of the front walk. The contrast between the formal boxwood hedge and the riot of colors and textures of the seasonal plantings

For another guest room the client found a wicker bed in a local resale shop and fell in love with it. Being a guest room, it was a little flat and didn't have much going on with the pale walls and white bed and neutral wall-to-wall carpet. To play-up on the wicker garden theme - and also add some much needed color and movement - we chose a very handsome floral print by P. Kaufmann, Paint Palette. It has lovely hues of aqua and turquoise with fun shades of pink, green and fuchsia as well. It's abstract drama used on Roman shades and accent pillows was just what the room needed.

This space belongs to an artsy couple who is not afraid of color. An oversized blue chandelier made of wood veneers gives the living room a happy focal point. Pops of bright green and fuchsia cheer the space further and pull in the bright colors from the original artwork.

As any parent knows, teenage girls like to spend hours and hours in their rooms. So, why not make it as cheerful a place as possible? This teen's favourite colours are fuchsia & periwinkle, so we created a bright and happy space with little touches of these colours, without overdoing it. Finally I found the perfect fit for the Tricia Guild Peony bedding that I've been coveting. She loves it.
