This stunning kitchen went through a rough process to get this present state. Located in an older home, this kitchen had a lot of its original hardware and cabinets. A wall was demoed to open the space to the living area giving the kitchen more room to expand from its previous Galley kitchen style. Oakcraft cabinets make this kitchen glimmer and shine with Richelieu pulls. The Yellow River Granite countertop adds the sparkle with a backsplash of tile from Arizona Tile.

The living room had no furnishings in it and was the perfect blank canvas. The family room also was pretty bare with only a sectional grounding the space. I sourced and selected furnishings and decor from a variety of stores such as, Living Spaces, Pottery Barn, Ballard, Joss & Main and Overstock. We considered using store bought drapes, but in the end, I had my drape guy make us some beautiful custom, inverted pleat drapes, that ended up being not much more expensive than store bought drapes would have been. After getting to know the client’s and getting a feeling for their style, I was able to run with with my ideas and put together a comfortable, inviting, family friendly home. Next, we’re going to start working on their kitchen and outdoor living space.

Tired of freezing bleak winters, this client decided to split her time between Michigan and Southern California. She bought this bright, airy home that epitomizes West Coast living, but the prior owner had not done anything to maintain the garden in many years. The grounds were filled with poorly placed and sickly-looking plants. The new homeowner wanted her garden to be a respite from subzero temperatures, filled year-round with flowers. Stuart Wade, Envision Virtual Tours Lake Arrowhead is located approximately two miles (3 km) southwest of Waleska, Georgia, in the mountainous, west-northwestern part of Cherokee County, Georgia. Located just east-southeast of Bear Mountain, it is Georgia's second largest man-made, private lake,[1] covering about 540 acres (2.2 km2) and reaching depths of up to 80 feet (24 m). In addition to the actual lake, "Lake Arrowhead" also refers to the lake's surrounding, gated community. The community's property was bought in the 1960s and established in the early 1970s as a remote mountain retreat, but now finds itself at the edge of metro Atlanta's exurban expansion. The small valley Lake Arrowhead sits in and the surrounding community was originally known by local residents as "Lost Town," which was initially settled in the 1840s. Many descendants of the first pioneers still live nearby in the Waleska area. The private, Lake Arrowhead community consists of two lakes, Lake Arrowhead and Lake Chickasaw, has two security gates, an 18-hole golf course, a clubhouse, boat rentals, a marina, nature trails, a chapel, a community swimming pool,tennis courts and two volunteer fire departments.
