When my good friends bought this house the fresh paint is all that was holding the handrail together. It was an accident waiting to happen. After some convincing they let me hook them up with a new set of rails, plus an small dog run w/gate. Thanks for trusting in me to give your house a little TLC.

Tired of freezing bleak winters, this client decided to split her time between Michigan and Southern California. She bought this bright, airy home that epitomizes West Coast living, but the prior owner had not done anything to maintain the garden in many years. The grounds were filled with poorly placed and sickly-looking plants. The new homeowner wanted her garden to be a respite from subzero temperatures, filled year-round with flowers. Deciding what to keep, what to move and what to add, we came up with a plant pallet full of California and Mexico natives, and lots of succulents as well. We added over 1000 plants, filling this property with lush, year-round color that is undeniably Southern Californian.

Client bought what was supposed to be an upgraded layout in a gated golf community. The cabinets ended up being less than what she was expecting. Years later, she and her husband decided to change the whole kitchen layout. Designer and homeowner worked for months on the layout, making sure every design detail was addressed. A custom hutch was incorporated to display her vintage dishware collection. The black sink and dishwasher blend seamlessly with the black paint on the island.
