We thought that adding a new staircase (although needed to be functional) might make the room feel smaller; just the opposite! New staircase and loft (serving as walk-in closet and study), new light pink paint over the old drab taupe, hot pink/white/Green gingham bedding with black bows and a signature "S", animal print pillows, new mirrored closet doors to open up the room, armoire painted glossy white, new window sheers.

Each home is this development uses materials which are design-conscious to the local community & environment, which is why they found us. They used lumber & flooring from Hickman Lumber & Allegheny Mountain Hardwood Flooring for all the hardwood aspects of the home - walls, ceiling, doors, & floors. R&Q natural white oak. 3" & 4". Various Widths and lengths. Turned out Beautifully!
