Beautifully redesigned living room, with a light grey sectional, geometric carpet with an accent of gold, modern chrome & glass table with a charcoal grey accent wall detailed with white mouldings and bulkhead. For the finishing touches, we've added a metal art on the wall and a few blue accent cushion.

Straight set white subway tile contrasts with the gray grout and Aqua Glass mosaic accent border in the upstairs bathroom. The bathroom floor features a Penny Round mosaic complemented by gray Parquet-Style porcelain.

This tranquil and peaceful bathroom provides the perfect refuge from stresses of the day. It features a deep soaking tub and a separate compact shower. A fabulous sliding glass door provides privacy to the toilet area without obstructing the entrance to the space. Simple grey 12 x 24 large format floor tile gives a subtle background against the fresh white wainscot subway tile on the walls. A stunning marble countertop completes the look.

This kitchen had not been renovated since the salt box colonial house was built in the 1960’s. The new owner felt it was time for a complete refresh with some traditional details and adding in the owner’s contemporary tastes.
At initial observation, we determined the house had good bones; including high ceilings and abundant natural light from a double-hung window and three skylights overhead recently installed by our client. Mixing the homeowners desires required the skillful eyes of Cathy and Ed from Renovisions. The original kitchen had dark stained, worn cabinets, in-adequate lighting and a non-functional coat closet off the kitchen space. In order to achieve a true transitional look, Renovisions incorporated classic details with subtle, simple and cleaner line touches. For example, the backsplash mix of honed and polished 2” x 3” stone-look subway tile is outlined in brushed stainless steel strips creating an edgy feel, especially at the niche above the range. Removing the existing wall that shared the coat closet opened up the kitchen to allow adding an island for seating and entertaining guests.
We chose natural maple, shaker style flat panel cabinetry with longer stainless steel pulls instead of knobs, keeping in line with the clients desire for a sleeker design. This kitchen had to be gutted to accommodate the new layout featuring an island with pull-out trash and recycling and deeper drawers for utensils. Spatial constraints were top of mind and incorporating a convection microwave above the slide-in range made the most sense. Our client was thrilled with the ability to bake, broil and microwave from GE’s advantium oven – how convenient! A custom pull-out cabinet was built for his extensive array of spices and oils. The sink base cabinet provides plenty of area for the large rectangular stainless steel sink, single-lever multi-sprayer faucet and matching filtered water dispenser faucet. The natural, yet sleek green soapstone countertop with distinct white veining created a dynamic visual and principal focal point for the now open space.
While oak wood flooring existed in the entire first floor, as an added element of color and interest we installed multi-color slate-look porcelain tiles in the kitchen area. We also installed a fully programmable floor heating system for those chilly New England days. Overall, out client was thrilled with his Mission Transition.

Because of the gorgeous variation of our Patina glaze, you can use just this one color and end up with a backsplash that is just as interesting as if you used 5 colors.
Using a classic subway tile shape, but not as conventional 4"x8" size, these homeowners used our Patina Subway Tile all over their kitchen. Next to the white cabinets and black countertops, the tile is definitely the star of the show.

Doggett Mountain stone in warm and cool neutrals marries with the Pennsylvania bluestone that blankets the floors of this South Carolina mountain home’s exterior porch. Walnut-stained doors coordinate with the stained tongue and groove ceiling. A ceiling fan with bronze housing and stained blades turns the air, keeping the space comfortable on hot southern nights. The outdoor kitchen, stained charcoal grey to match the siding and beams, comes complete with a sizable grill and large sink. Topping the rectangular table is a place setting of wooden chargers, ecru plates, wicker napkin rings and ivory napkins. Flickers of aqua and cream cover the cushions and pillows of the nearby seating group. A television is hidden behind a cabinet that hangs above the mantel providing one last, thoughtful touch.

The Beasley & Henley design team created the Agostino’s interiors to features light colors and driftwood tones, anchored with darker ebony hues and deep blues. Soft patterns and textures, such a tone on tone geometric rugs and light toned wood flooring, bring warmth to this comfortable home. Coffered ceilings and molding details in the main living area create a custom feel. Cool beach colors are punctuated with soft aquas, light tans and restful greys. Rustic elements are used throughout the home to showcase the current trend in this style and to showcase the feeling of coastal living in this development so close to the Gulf of Mexico. Beasley selected a textural wood floor in the main areas, with softer carpeting in the bedrooms. The team’s light cabinetry in the gourmet kitchen is grounded with deeper hued furnishings in ebony and dark grey. Decorative lighting throughout the Agostino is simple and attractive, playing off the rustic features in the home.
