K. Fair Landscape Design is a custom service design company inspired by Kelsey Fair's travels and background in computer design. This beautiful outdoor space in Santa Barbara is highlighted with our custom colored Greek pottery. Fair hand picked each planter and oversaw the custom coloring to create this rustic-chic design.

A beautiful hand loomed pure wool carpeting was used on this project. This subtle pattern can be used in a modern or transitional space. The dark hardwood floor relates nicely with the Taupe, White and Grey colors in the carpet. Our fabrication team used a complimentary color in a cotton binding material to complete the sides. Our installer completed this staircase install within a two day time frame. Wool carpet is a great choice for a staircase because it is an easy material to clean, stain resistant and flame retardant.

These are the most precious pale, pale pink antique shutters I found! Ones like these, are very hard to find so originally, I wanted to put these in the baby nursery that I'm doing. They were to serve their actual purpose on the window as shutters however, I was heartbroken when I decided they would not work in the nursery!
