Hans’ current windows hadn’t been comprised of triple pane glass which had been detrimental to his home’s energy efficiency. Kent and Terry’s preexisting bay living window allowed an expanded view of their neighborhood and also invited copious amounts of natural light into their living room. However, it had reached the end of its lifespan and was drafty and not as aesthetically pleasing as it had once been. In order to address these concerns, we suggested the installation of a new SeasonGuard triple pane angle bay window. Comprised of vinyl, SeasonGuard bay windows are low-maintenance and easily open and close. Colonial grids in the double hung flankers added both interest and curb appeal. Kent and Terry opted for a white interior and exterior which provided a contemporary look.

The bathroom is separated into a wet and dry space. In the wet space the large rain shower head is surrounded by custom sourced tile. The River Stone strip add to the spa like feel of this room. The striking floating black walnut custom vanity offers plenty of storage and counter space and is accentuated by strategically placed lighting. The toilet is reoriented and concealed by a 5’ pony wall for added privacy. Refined, contemporary bathroom fixtures and energy efficient toilet are the final touches of this bathroom retreat.

We transformed this kitchen into a bright uplifting and family friendly space. We retained the original footprint and kept plumbing and electrical in the same locations for budgetary considerations. The kitchen was redesigned with entertaining in mind. From custom two-toned cabinetry to sophisticated banquette seating, we re-imagined a bright space with a new personality reaping the benefits of the influx of natural light from the double height windows in the adjacent great room. From the calcutta marble tile backsplash, caesarstone counter tops and porcelain tile floors, this updated kitchen provided my clients with their dream kitchen …a bright white entertainers delight. Heavy winds forced a tree branch to fall on this home, causing the slope of the preexisting LeafGuard® Brand Gutters to angle away from the downspout instead of towards it. Through the efforts our team, a new section was installed before the home could experience water damage.
