Our clients came to us with their flooring tile already selected, serving as the catalyst for our creative vision. It’s hard to find the centerpiece of this space, as so many aspects of the room elicit a “Wow!” reaction. With a palette of lush greens and crisp whites, this renovation is a testament to the beauty of renewal and rejuvenation. The Cambria Clifton countertop seamlessly carries the essence of green throughout the space with tiny pops of a bold black hardware adding to the sophistication of this modern bath – a striking choice against the pristine white cabinetry. Practicality meets elegance in the shower with the use of Onyx walls, chosen for their easy maintenance without compromising on style. A thoughtful rearrangement of the sink allowed for the addition of a linen cabinet, providing ample storage for towels and bath essentials. This curved window sunroom we made for our client David E. in Downtown Los Angeles, California was our most challenging and proudest project yet. We had to perfectly design a never-before-attempted template to remove the ugly grids his older, aluminum window frames had made. His majestic view of Los Angeles was replaced by 16 ugly aluminum windows which were deteriorating right before his eyes. His exact comments were, "Thank you for reminding me why I moved in here and purchased this home in the first place. You guys gave me my view back." We could not be happier.

This is a craftsman style home including stone veneer and james hardie lap siding. With upgraded premium garage doors, James hardie trim, and exterior window shutters the design is a beautiful craftsman home. The arched doorway in the entry defines the front entry just enough to add a little flair to the craftsman style.

"We took bids from seven or eight companies to remodel our kitchen and bathroom. We had a whole list of improvements we wanted, from 'must-haves' to 'might be nice someday'. We selected TaylorPro Home Services for several reasons, but foremost among those reasons was that the owner, Kerry Taylor, provided us with a detailed breakout of labor/material costs for every option. Nearly every other contractor bundled up the costs of our optional tasks into a single number, which made it quite difficult to select the best options based on our priorities and budget. This was a typical small galley Baltimore, Maryland row home kitchen. The main thing that homeowners were looking to due is to get maximum storage, and make the room feel bigger. We went with Showplace cabinets, a line that fit the home owners budget, in a painted white finish. To match the time frame the the homes were built, but give it a modern feel, we went with a Concord f/o door style. The countertops were a 3cm thick granite called Brown Fantasy with a half bullnose edge. The sink was an AS103 "D" shaped stainless steel undermount sink.The appliances were bought when they first bought the house and they went with the GE Artisan Collection. These appliance have the through back look of the late 50's for when the home was built. To also help make the room feel larger we used 48" high double entry cabinet with a 2 pc crown so the cabinets went up to the tall ceiling. To make the kitchen to feel more open the homeowners wanted to put a passthru to the dining room and seating on the dining room side of the passtru.
