The lazy Susan has in-folding doors that automatically close when they come back to the opening. Even when fully-loaded, there are no pinched fingers here!

The tall cabinet to the left has a columns modified to 1 1/2" with a return to design a modern, frameless look. The columns are 1 1/2" inches taller than the cabinet, with solid stock molding across the top. The client wanted the shelves to display hand crafted African art, a sculpture and other accessories, adding to the organic look. The blind corner has a LeMans Hafele storage unit.

Inspiration for a transitional closet remodel in Orlando

A talented interior designer was ready for a complete redo of her 1980s style kitchen in Chappaqua. Although very spacious, she was looking for better storage and flow in the kitchen, so a smaller island with greater clearances were desired. Grey glazed cabinetry island balances the warm-toned cerused white oak perimeter cabinetry.
