The laundry room at Perry Street is one of those spaces that makes you genuinely happy to do housework. A farmhouse sink with a matte black faucet sits at the center, flanked by shaker cabinetry and open wood shelving that keeps everything organized and within reach. A built-in hanging rod offers a dedicated spot for garments straight from the wash, and the washer and dryer are tucked neatly behind cabinetry for a clean, seamless look. Bold patterned tile underfoot brings personality and joy to a hardworking room. This is a laundry room that earns its square footage.

Strategically created to reduce urban heat island effect, provide visual focus to the landscape and tie it back to its natural park setting, this ten year old green façade fronting over the Singapore Management University earns the campus good environmental credentials, featuring veils of vines that clothe nearly half of the campus façade.
Supported through the Shreem Brzee Green Vine System, the hanging creepers are rooted in elevated planters that are watered through automated irrigation and are trained to grow over series of lightweight modular trellis panels designed provide growing support.
Since its full establishment, the Green Vine System cascades about 2.5 metres down from each storey of the building, availing a dense curtain of foliage that softens the building’s hard walls with a flexibility that envelops elegantly around its curved façade.

After a lifetime of withstanding the elements of the American Northeast, reclaimed barn siding possesses beauty that has been earned and durability that has been tested. With minimal upkeep, a variety of widths and lengths, and custom milling options, antique barn siding can lend its character to any interior or exterior space. A variety of natural colors or finish options assure tasteful pairing with any residential, commercial, or retail project.

Our Antique Historic Plank flooring captures the true spirit of owning a reclaimed hardwood floor. Harvested from century-old barns and wooden industrial structures, this floor transforms a room into a living history lesson filled with character marks earned from years of faithful use. With a rich mixture of reclaimed hardwoods, saw marks, natural checking, color and texture, this floor is unmatched in it’s ability to attract attention. The perfect solution for a truly unique floor, wall or ceiling treatment.

The genesis of design for this desert retreat was the informal dining area in which the clients, along with family and friends, would gather.
Located in north Scottsdale’s prestigious Silverleaf, this ranch hacienda offers 6,500 square feet of gracious hospitality for family and friends. Focused around the informal dining area, the home’s living spaces, both indoor and outdoor, offer warmth of materials and proximity for expansion of the casual dining space that the owners envisioned for hosting gatherings to include their two grown children, parents, and many friends.
The kitchen, adjacent to the informal dining, serves as the functioning heart of the home and is open to the great room, informal dining room, and office, and is mere steps away from the outdoor patio lounge and poolside guest casita. Additionally, the main house master suite enjoys spectacular vistas of the adjacent McDowell mountains and distant Phoenix city lights.
The clients, who desired ample guest quarters for their visiting adult children, decided on a detached guest casita featuring two bedroom suites, a living area, and a small kitchen. The guest casita’s spectacular bedroom mountain views are surpassed only by the living area views of distant mountains seen beyond the spectacular pool and outdoor living spaces.

This newly remodeled home was transformed top to bottom. It is, as all good art should be “A little something of the past and a little something of the future.” We kept the old world charm of the Tudor style, (a popular American theme harkening back to Great Britain in the 1500’s) and combined it with the modern amenities and design that many of us have come to love and appreciate. In the process, we created something truly unique and inspiring.

We used the timber frame of a century old barn to build this rustic modern house. The barn was dismantled, and reassembled on site. Inside, we designed the home to showcase as much of the original timber frame as possible. The custom-made brackets hold the stainless lights over the dining table.

Lifestyled with Soul
Stevi Fourouli’s work with high-end
residential and commercial spaces has
earned her a reputation for the designer
you call when you’re looking for a new and
unexpected level of luxury.
“It’s all about meraki,” she says. “In Greek,
meraki means love, passion, and creativity,
and no matter what I’m designing, every
space reflects the best of me and the best
of my clients.”
Stevi’s clients unapologetically describe
her as someone who can turn any space
into a real-life fantasy. She uses her own
artistic flair to create beautiful artwork
for her clients’ spaces, and she also relies
on vendors and craftspeople to take her
vision and turn it up a notch.
“My team includes Global Stone who
supplies the most exquisite and exotic
marbles and Hudson Valley Group
who provides breathtaking lighting,
including the Troy chandelier that
hangs in my own dining room,” she says.
“We bring our knowledge, experience,
and skills to the table, and we give our
clients the tools and motivation to pour
themselves into their designed space.
Each client is unique and their space
reflects that individuality.”

This project earned its name 'The Herringbone House' because of the reclaimed wood accents styled in the Herringbone pattern. This project was focused heavily on pattern and texture. The wife described her style as "beachy buddha" and the husband loved industrial pieces. We married the two styles together and used wood accents and texture to tie them seamlessly. You'll notice the living room features an amazing view of the water and this design concept plays perfectly into that zen vibe. We removed the tile and replaced it with beautiful hardwood floors to balance the rooms and avoid distraction. The owners of this home love Cuban art and funky pieces, so we constructed these built-ins to showcase their amazing collection.

Blue green cabinetry with light wood flooring. A mix of vintage and modern with apothecary accents. White herringbone tiled wall and floral wallpaper from Anthropologie. Cabinets by Troo Designs KBI in Austin, TX.
