In addition to the pantry, the client wanted to organize and have her vitamins and pain relievers in the kitchen. There is less humidity and moisture in the kitchen than the bathroom which is better for the pills. We used containers she already owned and grouped like with like.

This beautiful, screened cover porch was vulnerable to weather until soft vinyl side-slider windows and new door were custom installed. No need to mop the floors any longer! During humid weather the windows are shut and the door sliders leading to the home are opened, allowing fresh air conditioning to circulate within the out door space.

Completed Electrical portion of this bathroom remodel by Model Living. We sourced a classy vintage brass LED vanity light to match the beautiful finishings, installed a heated floor to keep the space warm, swapped in a high CFM ceiling fan to manage the humidity and help protect the amazing tile work, and make sure we had dedicated switches for the shower and vanity lights to offer a variation of lighting moods.
