Our European-style whole home project moves from the kitchen and into the Primary Bathroom. The finish combine old-world charm with modern amenities. To complete the design-build, we focused on functional and decorative elements that honor the space's character while adding layers of warmth and texture to the designed spaces. The wallpaper is a dark floral by Ellie Cashman Design. The floor tiles are Calacatta honed 2x2 hexs. The lights are Camille Sconces in hand rubbed brass by visual comfort.

Located in the prestigious South of Fifth neighborhood, this penthouse was a Design + Build by Sire Design. Renovating the complete space, we updated the home with a contemporary feel all while incorporating modern elements. The clients' wish was to create a space that reflected the relaxed South Beach lifestyle, calling for a monochromatic color palette, added textures and incorporated subtle tones throughout the space.. The master suite features a colorful bedroom with playful graphic designs on the bedspread and wall paper. Next to the bedroom is the master on-suite bathroom. Scavolini suspended bath cabinetry is a organic medium brown textured melamin (copied in the two jack & jill bathrooms also pictured). The room is centered around a stand alone white porcelain tub with chrome faucet. Jack & Jill bathrooms are almost identical, using the same 'warm' textured melamine in the cabinets from Scavolini. Each bathroom has its own identity in the small upper medicine cabinet, one in sage green and the other in turquoise blue matte lacquer. Martin Vecchio
