Inspiration for a bedroom and large timeless boy light wood floor kids' bedroom remodel in Chicago with white walls

Designed with frequent guests in mind, we layered furnishings and textiles to create a light and spacious bedroom. The floor to ceiling drapery blocks out light for restful sleep. Featured are a velvet-upholstered bed frame, bedside sconces, custom pillows, contemporary art, painted beams, and light oak flooring.

This custom vanity cleverly hides away a laundry hamper & drawers with built-in outlets, to provide all the necessities the owner needs.

This guest bathroom was transformed into a whole new configuration. Included was a new soaking tub & shower enclosure. The wall to wall, horizontal, white tile was installed to look like shiplap. This included the painstaking task of two different grout colors to help hide the transitions, and make it look more like true, wood, shiplap.

Two 9-foot sofas upholstered in a neutral white offer generous guest seating, and allow the oversized chandelier to take center stage.
