DOOR COUNTY INTERIORS & DESIGNThis project involves a complete remodel of a condo located in Door County, Wisconsin. The condo, which is situated in the picturesque waterfront community of Egg Harbor, will be transformed into a modern and functional living space. The goal of the remodel is to create a comfortable and inviting environment that takes full advantage of the natural beauty of the area.
The scope of the project includes a complete gutting of the existing space and the installation of all new finishes and fixtures. The following is a breakdown of the work that was completed:
Demolition: The existing flooring, walls, and ceilings will be removed to prepare for the new construction.
Flooring: New hardwood flooring will be installed throughout the main living areas and bedrooms.
Walls and Ceilings: The walls and ceilings will be refinished and painted with a fresh coat of paint.
Lighting: A new lighting plan will be implemented to improve functionality and aesthetics.
Kitchen: The kitchen will be completely redesigned and remodeled with new cabinetry, countertops, and appliances.
Bathrooms: The bathrooms will be remodeled with new tile, vanities, and fixtures.
Deck: The existing deck will be refinished and new outdoor furniture will be added.
Windows and Doors: New windows and doors will be installed to improve energy efficiency and to enhance the overall aesthetic of the condo.
The project will be managed by a team of experienced contractors who will work closely with the client to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and that the project stays on schedule and within budget.

MARGARITA BRAVOThis is a super modern townhome with original pale tones, mainly a white canvas. Our sophisticated and well-traveled out-of-town clients purchased this townhome right in the middle of the pandemic. They needed a full-cycle interior design studio like ours to take on this project while they were in transit to Montecito.
The scope was the complete renovation and facelift of the kitchen, powder room, master bedroom, master bathroom, guest suites, basement, and outdoor areas. Our clients wanted to bring warm tones such as orange and red throughout the 4-story Montecito townhome. They were open to discovering and implementing different interior design ideas in each section of the house.
This project also features our SORELLA furniture pieces made exclusively by hand in Portugal and shipped to our clients in Montecito. You can find our TABATA Ottoman, our IKI Chair, and the ROCCO Table, adding that special touch to this beautiful townhome.

RIC design buildA historic row house in the museum district of Richmond, VA was renovated from the studs up. Many of its original elements were restored while functional, eco-friendly and efficient modern updates were implemented. An open concept main floor, three bright bedrooms upstairs with brand new bathrooms and a fully finished basement/den made this a brand new home, but with character and history built in.

Allegretti Architects, Inc.The Owners of a home that had been consumed by the moving dunes of Lake Michigan wanted a home that would not only stand the test of aesthetic time, but survive the vicissitudes of the environment.
With the assistance of the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality as well as the consulting civil engineer and the City of Grand Haven Zoning Department, a soil stabilization site plan was developed based on raising the new home’s main floor elevation by almost three feet, implementing erosion studies, screen walls and planting indigenous, drought tolerant xeriscaping. The screen walls, as well as the low profile of the home and the use of sand trapping marrum beachgrass all help to create a wind shadow buffer around the home and reduce blowing sand erosion and accretion.
The Owners wanted to minimize the stylistic baggage which consumes most “cottage” residences, and with the Architect created a home with simple lines focused on the view and the natural environment. Sustainable energy requirements on a budget directed the design decisions regarding the SIPs panel insulation, energy systems, roof shading, other insulation systems, lighting and detailing. Easily constructed and linear, the home harkens back to mid century modern pavilions with present day environmental sensitivities and harmony with the site.

Mary Shipley InteriorsThe first thing your guests will notice when walking into this beautiful retreat, is the monochromatic, tone-on-tone, hand-painted design on the walls of the room. The design inspiration came from the acanthus leaf pattern found in the luxurious bedding. The original pattern was then created and implemented by Michael Boudreault of Artisan Rooms. The motif was continued on the ceiling and highlights the chandelier.
The guest bedroom reflects the innate nature of this traditional home with the contemporary, relevant feel of today. The modern gold and gray tones compliment the beautiful wood work while providing a fresh, yet rich ambiance. Guests will enjoy the elegant furnishings, the lush silk draperies and the stunning chandelier. The whimsical sculpture “Butterflies for Brains” provides a perfect modern accent and a fun conversation piece.
This sophisticated and timeless room creates an atmosphere that guests may enjoy so much, they may not want to leave!
