LeafGuard® Brand Gutters are a gutter and a topper all in one piece. This proves advantageous from a curb appeal standpoint because the gutters and their cover are an identical match. If Theresa had opted for just a cover for her gutters, it would have been nearly impossible to match the weathered coloring on her home’s preexisting gutters.

This 1902 San Antonio home was beautiful both inside and out, except for the kitchen, which was dark and dated. The original kitchen layout consisted of a breakfast room and a small kitchen separated by a wall. There was also a very small screened in porch off of the kitchen. The homeowners dreamed of a light and bright new kitchen and that would accommodate a 48" gas range, built in refrigerator, an island and a walk in pantry. At first, it seemed almost impossible, but with a little imagination, we were able to give them every item on their wish list. We took down the wall separating the breakfast and kitchen areas, recessed the new Subzero refrigerator under the stairs, and turned the tiny screened porch into a walk in pantry with a gorgeous blue and white tile floor. The french doors in the breakfast area were replaced with a single transom door to mirror the door to the pantry. The new transoms make quite a statement on either side of the 48" Wolf range set against a marble tile wall. A lovely banquette area was created where the old breakfast table once was and is now graced by a lovely beaded chandelier. Pillows in shades of blue and white and a custom walnut table complete the cozy nook. The soapstone island with a walnut butcher block seating area adds warmth and character to the space. The navy barstools with chrome nailhead trim echo the design of the transoms and repeat the navy and chrome detailing on the custom range hood. A 42" Shaws farmhouse sink completes the kitchen work triangle. Off of the kitchen, the small hallway to the dining room got a facelift, as well. We added a decorative china cabinet and mirrored doors to the homeowner's storage closet to provide light and character to the passageway. After the project was completed, the homeowners told us that "this kitchen was the one that our historic house was always meant to have." There is no greater reward for what we do than that.

Its impossible to feel sad in this bright kitchen that is flooded with natural light from the windows, doors and skylights. Even at night, lights in the soffit, period sconces over the island and recessed lighting wash this kitchen with a soft glow. We love how the doorway from the dining room also provides display room for favorite cookbooks (on the left) and cleverly hides a broom and cleaning supplies (on the right)

Our clients lived in a wonderful home they designed and built which they referred to as their dream home until this property they admired for many years became available. Its location on a point with spectacular ocean views made it impossible to resist. This 40-year-old home was state of the art for its time. It was perfectly sited but needed to be renovated to accommodate their lifestyle and make use of current materials. Thus began the 3-year journey. They decided to capture one of the most exquisite views of Boston’s North Shore and do a full renovation inside and out. This project was a complete gut renovation with the addition of a guest suite above the garage and a new front entry.

Due to very short ceilings this space seemed impossible to work with. However, we made it a cozy spot for kids or adults! It's a spot to lounge & relax. You can read, nap, draw, or take a quiet break from the hustle and bustle!

This beautiful residence is in the Old Fourth Ward of Atlanta, Georgia. The addition of 345 square feet of DuPont™ ForeverLawn® Select HD transformed this residential yard from a muddy mess where grass was nearly impossible to grow into a beautiful, easily maintained area. The yard now has the neighbors stopping and asking how the owners keep it looking so nice, without realizing the grass is artificial.

Even NFL players should have grab bars in the shower, and this one is no exception. Anyone who slips will grab the first thing they can. Even our towel bars serve as grab bars. All showers are curbless unless, as in this case, it's a loft, so it was impossible to recess the floor.

VELUX SUN TUNNEL skylights are ideal for smaller rooms such as closets, hallways, laundry rooms, and second baths or powder rooms. A low profile exterior element brings in natural light through the attic and into places you previously thought were impossible to get daylight into.

Gracious Georgian, had an impossibly cramped galley kitchen. There was no room to cook for a family and no obvious place to expand. The project required completely reinventing the space. A wall was removed to open up some additional space to the kitchen and a window was bricked in and two others shortened. The kitchen was completely reconfigured for the new space. Corner windows above the sink look out over the yard and the new extended galley has plenty of room for cooking and entertaining. There is even room for a wine bar perfect for entertaining.
