The customer had an outdated railroad tie retaining wall and brick patio that were re-engineered and updated making the space more usable. The back yard was re-graded and a drainage system was installed to keep water away from the house. This 4-drawer alder base cabinet (which matches the home’s kitchen cabinetry) provides generous storage. Its laminate banjo counter extends over the toilet, providing extra counter space. The toilet location was kept where it was in the original hall bath -- only turning it 90 degrees – this saved plumbing costs. A grab bar on the left improves safety.

We had the opportunity recently to provide a new kitchen and flooring for a fantastic couple in Safety Harbor. In 2022 they came to us with ideas of how to better utilize their kitchen space and we discussed what options they had and delivered on a stunning new kitchen for them. This design had us utilize some previously unused space in their home to add more features like a wine bar. Also in the design were new windows and doors to finish off the look. The kitchen was finished off in a white shaker cabinet from Yorktowne Cabinets that were provided by Pro Source of Port Richey. The finished product more than speaks for itself.
