Moore House DesignIn a full-scale design, renovation, and furnishings project, we completely transformed this space for our clients by infusing it with only the most charming of details. The first-floor expanded kitchen features smoky black cabinetry and textural brick walls, while the second-floor main suite boasts incredibly well-appointed built-in closets that add extensive storage all while incorporating sleek colonial-inspired character back into the space.
The overall scope of this project required a hefty, multi-floor, full gut “floverhaul” i.e., the overhaul of a home’s floor plan with attention to spatial flow and in this case storage. The areas we renovated head-to-toe in order to transform this house into our clients’ dream home include the kitchen, entryway, pantry, mudroom, and main suite.
Silver King BrokersThis home is a distinctive find featuring custom touches complemented by a newly imagined open floor plan, ideal for seamless indoor and outdoor living. This gated, secure Mediterranean Modern home provides character with all the pluses of a new build. The home has been completely refreshed with a full interior, exterior and landscape remodel completed in 2021.
Highlights include contemporary black iron doors, high vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and balconies attached to each bedroom, along with fireplaces in the living room, family room and master bedroom. The oversized master suite is a true escape with a custom walk-in closet and spa-like master bath with full vanity, and a free-standing soaking tub – all with top-of-the-line finishes.

b9 architectsRow 1412 is located on Capitol Hill on approximately 10,000 square feet of L3 zoned property. Originally developed as three single family houses, the project, currently under construction, consists of seven new homes and the preservation of one of the three existing single family homes. The siting of the proposal provides the opportunity to preserve an existing Ginkgo tree at the east edge of the site. The proposal will be designed around a central courtyard and walkway that connects the site from east to west and engages the Ginkgo.
The project adds density while preserving a magnificent Seattle home by relocating it on its property to make room for the additional structures. A duplex is added behind the home with a rowhouse structure engaging the corner E Mercer Street through a series of recessed entries and stoops. Consistent with the neighboring structures, materials include brick, stained wood and painted panel.
Kimmel InteriorsFor the discerning client, this oceanfront home is conceived with architectural precision as a legacy sanctuary. The living area harmoniously connects the interior with the vast horizon through expansive glazing, allowing the natural setting to become the focal point of the design. A bespoke, dramatic marble fireplace anchors the space, while the custom FF&E procurement—including the distinctive lighting fixture and curvilinear seating—ensures an environment of sophisticated comfort. Kimmel Interiors crafted a space that is both refined and enduring, a true expression of high-end, contemporary living.
birdRock Project Studio Inc.One of our main design goals with this new construction project was to create a comfortable family home with timeless lines that would allow for optimal flow & function for everyday living.
Built as a spec home in the highly desirable Lakeview Heights neighbourhood of West Kelowna, the design needed to be broadly appealing to potential purchasers. We opted for a light and natural colour palette utilizing contemporary lines to create a welcoming and approachable feel throughout the home.
With ample square footage - 3 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms on the upper floor, with a fully finished Basement, & Rental Suite, as well as above Garage Bonus Room - we were tasked with making revisions to the Architectural plans as needed to improve flow and function between the spaces.
The Main Floor was specially re-designed to allow for a creation of a chef inspired, gourmet Kitchen with executive appliances, large Island, gas Range, and a very convenient Butler’s Pantry which sits beside the bright, open concept Living Room & Dining Room with floor-to-ceiling Fireplace.
The re-designed outdoor entertaining space includes a spacious deck off the Kitchen, featuring an outdoor BBQ area with bar top counter to seat guests and relaxing conversation area.
The home sold to a young family, and we’re told they love their new home.

Renovations Group IncOur homeowner had dreamt about one day redoing her beyond outdated kitchen since they day her husband carried her over the threshold. Vinyl flooring used for a backsplash, dingy carpeting, laminate with no sheen left to speak of and mismatched cabinetry…. it was time to make it happen. A year’s worth of planning later, her time capsule became one dreamy kitchen.
Functionality reigns supreme in this small, but efficient kitchen where every cabinet has a story to tell and a place to store it. Countertop space to the right of the stove was an added necessity for function and safety. The raised snack bar is perfect for day to day meals and the lowered countertop was a must for this petite baker. A new lighting plan includes recessed lights, under-cabinet and accent lights, while new lighting fixtures reflect the client’s sense of style. Dingy brick patterned carpet was removed making way for new hardwood floors toothed in from the dining room.
An airy palette gained some weight with the use of larger details; the oversized hood, beefy turned posts, prominent apron front sink and a grouping of tall cabinets on the refrigerator wall. Glass cabinet fronts, shiny beveled subway tile, and granite countertops allow light to dance around the space.
