This project was a full-scale renovation designed to completely modernize and elevate the home while honoring its original character. We reimagined the main living spaces, transformed the kitchen and bathrooms, updated the exterior, and added two large custom-built timber patios constructed using traditional mortise and tenon joinery.
Interior Renovation
The heart of the project centered around opening up and updating the kitchen and living areas to create a more cohesive, functional layout. Walls were reworked to improve flow and natural light, creating a seamless transition between the kitchen and main living space.
The kitchen was fully remodeled with new cabinetry, countertops, lighting, flooring, and custom finishes throughout. Every detail was selected to balance durability with high-end aesthetics — creating a space that feels both refined and livable.
Bathrooms throughout the home were completely updated with new tile work, vanities, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and custom trim details. The goal was consistency — ensuring that each bathroom felt elevated while still tying into the overall design of the home.

To complement the interior transformation, the home was fully re-sided, improving both curb appeal and long-term performance. The updated exterior gives the home a fresh, cohesive look while increasing weather resistance and overall value.

It was extremely cramped and in desperate need of a redo. We proposed opening the divider wall to allow us to expand the new kitchen to realize its full potential. The owner selected a dark wood cabinet with quartz countertops. New, upgraded appliances were also selected to take advantage of the large increase in working space. Duraceramic floors were installed, as well as a New lighting layout and the addition of a complimentary porcelain backsplash to tie it all together. What a complete change from the old kitchen! Now the homeowner can cook his heart out and entertain guests seated at the peninsula at the same time. Awesome!
