Mexican Palm Thatch is a natural sustainable leaf which is harvested, dried and then strips are woven into a diamond like pattern. This is know as an open beam design wherethe thatch can be viewed from the underside. Some light shows through so the structure is only water resistance and not waterproof. This look is desired because the thatch compliments the rustic timbers but if televisions, audio equipment, lighting and expensive furnishings are part of the design solid construction will be required.

Jewett Farms + Co’s Reclaimed Antique White Pine flooring has a rustic and warm feel that creates a sense of personal history. Antique white pine has long been loved for its tall straight growth, providing long boards perfect for barn siding. White pine planks age to a warm golden pumpkin tone. It’s a soft wood and with time will show signs of daily use. Reclaimed white pine timbers have variegated amber tones and feature occasional nail holes, knots and saw marks. Antique white pine is salvaged from granary boards as well as interior and exterior barn siding. Jewett Farms + Co’s Reclaimed Antique White Pine wide plank flooring is available to be shipped throughout the United States from our New England headquarters

This forever home, perfect for entertaining and designed with a place for everything, is a contemporary residence that exudes warmth, functional style, and lifestyle personalization for a family of five. Our busy lawyer couple, with three close-knit children, had recently purchased a home that was modern on the outside, but dated on the inside. They loved the feel, but knew it needed a major overhaul. Being incredibly busy and having never taken on a renovation of this scale, they knew they needed help to make this space their own. Upon a previous client referral, they called on Pulp to make their dreams a reality. Then ensued a down to the studs renovation, moving walls and some stairs, resulting in dramatic results. Beth and Carolina layered in warmth and style throughout, striking a hard-to-achieve balance of livable and contemporary. The result is a well-lived in and stylish home designed for every member of the family, where memories are made daily.

Our Bokhara rug collection is woven with the finest New Zealand and blended Pakistani wools. Mori designs originate from Turkmenistan and other Caucasian locals and are characterized by repeating rows of geometric motifs know as guls. The high lustre wash provides a richness and sheen. Often called two rugs in one, the Pakistani Bokhara appearance from one direction is notably different from the other. One side providing richness and depth, the other an almost silk-like lustre!
