This top-floor loft space hadn't changed since the original development in the 1980's. We completely transformed the space adding a European SieMatic kitchen with an eye-popping glass backsplash, Scandinavian-style wide-plank flooring, a new master bath and custom closets. The L shape design of this outdoor kitchen is perfect for corners, and allows maximizing interior space. The simple one level concept with no backsplash allows for a modern open look and finish. In this transitional farmhouse in West Chester, PA, we renovated the kitchen and family room, and installed new flooring and custom millwork throughout the entire first floor. This chic tuxedo kitchen has white cabinetry, white quartz counters, a black island, soft gold/honed gold pulls and a French door wall oven. The family room’s built in shelving provides extra storage. The shiplap accent wall creates a focal point around the white Carrera marble surround fireplace. The first floor features 8-in reclaimed white oak flooring (which matches the open shelving in the kitchen!) that ties the main living areas together. These photos depict the re-design of the Lobby and a cramped three bedroom apartment in a rental building in Williamsburg Brooklyn. The new Lobby we are presenting to the developer is a take-off on an early twentieth century office building corridor, our design features 7' tall ebony stained oak and copper wainscoting, copper pendents from FRG Objects & Design's "Evocative" lighting series, concrete wallpaper by Piet Boon and polished concrete floors. What had been a dark apartment made up of too many small rooms has been re-visioned as a spacious light filled one bedroom loft. The loft kitchen boasts white lacquer and stainless oversized cabinets, black & white polished "Cesar Stone" counter tops and island, stained oak floors, the original distressed concrete ceiling, beams and columns with bright white plastered walls.The stairs and door we've added open onto a huge deck with a great view of Manhattan. Instead of creating a product with recuperated barn wood, we decided to design the perfect product by using new wood that is usually rejected, to create this high-end product within a production environment. We industrially designed and developed the machine utilized to create this product. We classify the wood to make sure the features and characteristics of the product are present. We have been inspired by the beauty of the marriage between the contemporary trends and the roughness of "barn wood". We created the rough chic for the kitchen. UNIQUE PROPERTIES This product enhances the features and characteristics of wood altered by the seasons. It is textured like barn wood. The beauty of this product lies in the details of a perfectly textured wood and the authenticity of each natural characteristic cleverly revealed such as knots, cracks, spalted wood, grub holes, termite holes and/or natural splinters. This design is available in 2 different models (slab and shaker) and six different colours including natural. This product allows designers to perfectly align the rough and the chic.

Set on ten acres abutting protected conservation land, the zoning for this site allowed for a creative multi-unit residential project. The design concept created a sustainable modern farm community of three distinct structures. A sense of individuality is established between the buildings, while a comprehensive site design references historic farms with a home-like, residential scale. An existing structure was renovated to house three condo units, featuring sliding barn doors and floor-to-ceiling storefront glass in the great room, with 25’ ceilings. Across a circular cobblestone drive, a new house and barn structure houses two condo units. Connecting both units, a garage references a carriage house and barn with small square windows above and large bays at ground level to mimic barn bays. There is no parking lot for the site – instead garages and a few individual parking spaces preserve the scale of a natural farm property. Patios and yards in the rear of each unit offer private access to the lush natural surroundings and space for entertaining.
