A pond and stream are hidden along these steps. Backyard steps utilize large flagstone pieces. Irish moss, blue star creeper, scotch moss, and mini mondo grass are a few of the plants growing between the stones. The dining room ceiling is painted deep blue, reflecting the navy blue velvet seat cushions on the dining chairs. A gorgeous crystal chandelier is the focal point throwing beautiful light for evening dinner parties. Blue and white pottery adds a charming accent. Challenge: The client wanted a full bathroom transformation while keeping all plumbing in its existing locations to minimize renovation costs, requiring creative design solutions within structural limitations. Solution: The design team reimagined the space by introducing updated finishes, distinctive tile layouts, wallpaper, and statement lighting to elevate the bathroom while working within the existing layout. The project was executed entirely remotely, demonstrating a seamless virtual design process. Materials: Bedrosians tile, Thibaut wallpaper, Arteriors lighting, Kohler plumbing fixtures, Jaipur Living rugs, Made Goods bath mirrors, and Bungalow5 bath stool. This charming 1925 condo was due for a bathroom remodel. I had so much fun on this Mid Century Modern influenced design! Kohler's Purist fixtures in brushed gold was the starting point on this design. All other decisions were curated around the simplicity of this collection.
