We brought in black accents in furniture and decor throughout the main level of this modern farmhouse. The deacon's bench and custom initial handpainted wood sign tie the black fixtures and railings together.

After discussing in depth our clients’ needs and desires for their screened porch area, the decision was made to build a full sunroom. This splendid room far exceeds the initial intent for the space, and they are thrilled.

The room that gets talked about the most is the mudroom. With two active teenagers and a busy lifestyle, organization is key. Every member of the family has his or her own spot and can easily find his or her outerwear, shoes, or athletic equipment. Having the custom made oak bench makes changing foot gear easier. This charming 1925 condo was due for a bathroom remodel. I had so much fun on this Mid Century Modern influenced design! Kohler's Purist fixtures in brushed gold was the starting point on this design. All other decisions were curated around the simplicity of this collection.

This bathroom was basically built from scratch. All the items you see here - ceiling and spot lights, doors, shelving and storage units, towel holders, toilet, shower cubicle, sink unit and adjoining mirror, wall tiles etc. were sourced and installed on site after removal of initial/old components.
