Sherri Blum DesignsThis nursery was a Gender Surprise Nursery and was one of our most memorable designs to date. The client was having her second baby and didn't want to know the baby's gender, yet wanted to have an over-the-top, elegant royal nursery completed to her liking before she had the baby. So we designed two complete nurseries down to every detail...one for a boy and one for a girl. Then when the mom-to-be went for her ultrasound, the doctor sealed up a picture in an envelope and mailed it to our studio. I couldn't wait for the secret to be revealed and was so tickled to be the only person besides the doctor to know the gender of the baby! I opened the envelop and saw an obvious BOY in the image and got right to work ordering up all of the appropriate boy nursery furniture, bedding, wall art, lighting and decor. We had to stage most of the nursery's decor here in our studio and when the furniture was set to arrive, we drove to NJ, the family left the house, and we kicked into gear receiving the nursery furniture and installing the crib bedding, wall art, rug, and accessories down to the tiniest little detail. We completed the decorative mural around the room and when finished, locked the door behind us! We even taped paper over the windows and taped around the outside of the door so no "glow" might show through the door crack at night! The nursery would sit and wait for Mommy and baby to arrive home from the hospital. Such a fun project and so full of excitement and anticipation. When Mom and baby Luke arrived home from the hospital and she saw her nursery for the first time, she contacted me and said "the nursery is breath taking and made me cry!" I love a happy ending...don't you?

Classic Kitchens Designs & Renovations Ltd.When we started this project, the original builder kitchen was divided from the dining room in the front of the house, and the rooms were very closed off from the rest of the house. Our first task was to open the loadbearing and non loadbearing divider walls that was keeping everything separate in order to unify the space and make the house look and feel much larger. New Everwood waterproof plank flooring was installed to meet the daily needs of the family, as it wears exceptionally well, looks amazing and is unaffected by damp mopping. New Cabinetry was then installed, in Benjamn Moores "Distant Grey" colour, followed by Cambria "Brittanica" Luxury Quartz countertops complete with matching backsplash and dual waterfalls on the island.....stunning! A faux Quartz Farm Sink was installed and Restaurant style faucet was chosen. The same look was also applied to the Home office area and the landing area seat where Kids arriving home from School are able to sit down and take off coats and shoes! The end result is absolutely gorgeous and truly a Kitchen "To Die for!!!!!"

The fountain feature is made up stacked slate bubbling urns. Two of the urns are equipped with fire fountain inserts. In addition to fire the fountains are also lit with low voltage landscape lighting. Making this awesome feature stand out day or night. Nestled in between the front entrance and the driveway, this feature can’t be missed upon arrival. We incorporated some pretty sweet driftwood to help naturalize the feature in its wooded surroundings. What better way to greet your guest than with a beautiful fountain feature.

ING ConstructionThis is the second Bathroom which we have remodeled within this particular residence.
When beginning the remodeling process, we took the Bathroom down to the studs and started there.
Once the demolition was completed, we began working on the rough plumbing section of the project which includes all the piping and sewer connections, began the rough electrical (lighting, and general electrical), and once completed, we then sealed up the exposed walls with drywall and began the prep work for the arrival of the tile by installing the Fixtures and Faucets.
Once the Fixtures and Faucets were in place, the installation of the Art Deco styled tile began within the shower area, followed by the Backsplash and Small Wall, and finished up with the Flooring throughout the Bathroom area.
In finishing up the Bathroom, we installed the wood Vanity, Shower Door enclosure, and oversized circular mirrors.
And once completed, we present a handsome Art Deco styled Bathroom worthy of a decent noting!

Long waited 2003 and what a better way for this Harley Davidson fan to celebrate the arrival of his 2003 Hundred Years Anniversary Edition. The Harley Davidson fat boy over his brand new state of the art Paving stone installed driveway. An array of colors creates the autumn blend laid on the field of the driveway. Marble blend a mix of gray and white was used for the borders and to create the unique driveway design & patterns. 10,000 sq.ft. of driveway and pool patio were installed over 12″ of recycled concrete base and 1″ of sand. The Gappsi® Edge Restraint System® secured the border of the pavement

Bamcoles ConstructionOur client invited us over to walk the house while under contract, we knew right there what a super hidden opportunity this property presents. Seeing through what was in vogue in early 1970’s and trying to understand the architectural decisions made over 50 years ago, drawing analysis and seeking a flow that connects to our client’s present need for their family and lifestyle was a bit challenging. Timing was of the essence for our client and we had to get the house refreshed in 6 months.
Arriving this Country French brick home, the first thing you’ll notice is the ancient slate roof that we work diligently to preserve, removing, refreshing and reinstalling each slate by hand to preserve its ancient uniqueness. On the main level, we installed a custom modern digital Jet shower with multiple heads, a sprawling boutique style walk in closet and an open plan kitchen as a backdrop for souring height living room.
Our client is a top golfer and it was crucial to install a state of the art golf simulator on the lower level, we redesigned the bar by the Grand billiard room as the main entertaining area in the house, upgrade the gym with an addition of steam room and state of the arts equipment.
The pool and outdoor living area right on Chattahoochee was recently permitted and currently under construction.
The top highlight for us as a builder is the wine cellar. Walking into the wine cellar, you noticed the ancient Spanish tiles, you can perceive the strong smell of ancient oak wood, it smells like it’s been freshly sawed. Our approach to the wine cellar was to do nothing, preserving it as the part of the house that takes us back to 1970’s
