House Design rendering allows Interior Designers and Architects to bring their beautiful concepts to life. For unlike drawings and concepts, 3D visualizations give a complete picture, enabling the audience to have a glimpse into the life they could lead there.
The elegance of this Classical Interior scenes is a great sample of the highly professional 3dViz.
One could not take eyes off the clean-lined white furniture, lending the space a refined and airy look, marble backdrop and all this delightful storage space. Photoreal 3D house rendering makes colors look every bit as crisp and vivid as they’ll be in real life, so that client can have a complete picture of their effect and make suggestions if necessary.
But what really makes the 3d design stand out are details. Those small things that are never included in drawings, but are vital to the overall atmosphere.
For instance, kitchen decor allows to create a connection with the Client – by making it personal and so much “him”. Thus, cold gleam of elegant glassware, beautiful flowers on the table suggest refined taste, while photos and figurines allow to deduce that the owners are a well-traveled family with versatile interests.

A traditional 1926 cottage was transformed into a stunning, contemporary home. The focal point from both inside and out is a 3-story floating wood and stainless staircase, showcased by oversized windows and dramatic lighting. Walnut cabinetry with a distinct stain and natural slab surfaces offset the metals used throughout – Including at the interior and exterior of the fireplace. Reclaimed wood floors pay homage to the industrial area the home is situated in.
In designing this home restrictions set forth by the building department were key. For instance, in order for the project to be considered a remodel the existing 8’ tall perimeter walls had to remain in place. The homeowners desperately wanted 9’ tall ceilings, so with crafty engineering and framing we were able to embellish the existing wall framing to achieve the added height.
Clearstory windows allow much needed light into the spaces and creates the illusion of spaciousness, while maintaining wall areas for key furnishings and artwork. Every inch of space maximizes storage throughout the 2,600 square foot home.
A cabinet for shoe storage immediately inside the front door also serves as a key component at the staircase and provides a platform to highlight sculptural artwork. Unique products and details, such as a metal link shower curtain and custom built-in guest beds with strategically placed outlets and horizontal surfaces to allow for electronics to be close at hand, elevate this home to the next level.

A larger Silestone Quartz T-shaped island was installed in order to provide seating for eight and eliminates the need for a large dining table. In the middle of the island, 12” deep cabinets on either side provide extra storage for occasionally used cookware.

In June of 2015 an amazing sudden summer storm hit our area with violent winds, rain, and tornados. In the aftermath, my clients found, on top of losing 30 or so trees on their property overall, one had actually struck their home, piercing the roof in their great room.
The great room was the very last room in their house that we hadn't done a complete overhaul in. Sure, we had tweaked it, purchased a few pieces of furniture, reworked the layout, but the colors and design were much the same as they had been for decades.
Since things needed to be repaired and painted already, it was decided to jump in with both feet and totally rethink the room, change almost everything, and add architectural details that seemed to be missing in the original design from the 1980's.
So not only were the color palette, rugs, and furnishings changed, but some very important architectural interest was added. For instance, a new, more elegant post was added at the back of the space, visually connecting the downstairs with the loft above. Also, three beaded beams have been added across the vaulted ceiling, as well as a large chandelier, giving warmth, light and visual heft to the peak and upper corners of the room.
The fireplace was given a total facelift as well. New original artwork, which had inspired the palette for the space, is now highlighted inside a custom panel over a beautiful new mantel and fireplace surround.
Even though this project started with something quite unexpected and scary, my clients tell me that the results are something that they just love and enjoy whether at home just the two of them, or entertaining extended family and friends.

According to Liz, the biggest obstacle was coming up with a layout that worked to meet her design wish list.
She explains: “The refrigerator used to open up next to the column. The area between the fridge and the column was the primary traffic pattern from the kitchen to the living room. When the fridge door was opened it would block that access path entirely.”
This also limited the style of refrigerator that would fit the space. For instance, a French Door refrigerator with freezer wasn’t an option because the freezer drawer wouldn’t open all the way. This is another reason she opted to keep her existing Whirlpool refrigerator.
“Correcting this traffic pattern was a big challenge for me,” she adds. “I actually spent years trying to figure out how to correct it. Plus, because the column was just sitting out in the middle of the room, it was very disconnected and detracted from the rest of the space.”
She adds that previously all of the counter space were literally swaths of counter every two feet or so. Not very conducive to food prep or work flow!
To remedy this, Liz had added an island cart years ago in the hopes of creating more space. However like the column, that too began to feel disconnected and not cohesive.
She explains: “We had to walk around it to get from the fridge to the pantry, oven, and stove. The pantry was also on the opposite side of the kitchen from the fridge and made meal preparation cumbersome.”
With IKD’s help, the solution presented itself.
She explains: “By moving the pantry next to the fridge and extending the corner and adding the peninsula, we gained large areas of counter space as well as correcting the cumbersome traffic pattern. Baking and meal prep is now so efficient! All of the food is right next to each other. We have dedicated baking and prep areas, and a dedicated cooking area. Previously all of the food, prep, and cooking was all broken up throughout the space.”
“As for installation, the only issue was that I gave an incorrect dimension to IKD on the location of the window over the sink. I ended up needing to get different dimension cabinets on both sides of the sink and window. Thankfully I noticed this at the very beginning and we were able to recover really easily from the mistake,” she concludes.

Frame your home in casing, like the door frame in this apartment. It trims the entryways in your home and fills in the gaps between the wall and your window or door, or in this instance it creates the separation of space.

This client had a bathroom with a great layout but it was outdated and there were some things that never made sense. For instance, the entry is double doors facing the back wall of the shower - which originally had no light. Simply adding recessed lighting made the whole space more welcoming. The dated under-mount tub was replaced with a gorgeous freestanding tub. We added film to the window by the tub for privacy. Two beautiful sliding glass doors now hang in the new shower with marble accents. His & hers vanity areas each have ample storage below and on the towers - topped with stunning fixtures, a uniquely formed sink and tile mirrors.

A modern home with an eclectic mix
My clients in this space were divided. They were split by competing aesthetics. There were Vietnamese art pieces with modern motifs and bold colours mixed with hand-crafted rustic tables and antique Canadiana. I quickly identified a lack of cohesion and an uncomfortable conversation area as the primary issues that were causing my clients stress.
A change was in order. We partitioned their large connected dining room, living and entryway areas using the existing furniture and floor covering. We were able to create several distinct and cohesive areas that each brought out the best of their contents. Each grouping now seemed natural and harmonious. Smooth international contemporary style and rustic heritage pieces now coexisted in the same space without causing my clients decorating headaches. To organize future projects and to summarize personalized decorating tips, Redecorating Vancouver provided them with a written Design Plan at the conclusion of the consultation.
Family is important to me. I recognize that items in my clients' homes have unseen significance. In this instance, I was able to gather items to create a grand-parents nook to honour the couple's family. We took advantage of an heirloom antique radio that belonged to the client's grandfather and a meaningful handmade table. It is both pleasing to the eye and a daily reminder to the couple of who really matters in a home: the family that lives in it.

We wanted to present this project to our followers which highlights a glass replacement in this kitchen sunroom extension. In certain instances, opting for glass replacement alone can be a viable alternative to replacing the entire window structure. We used tempered dual-pane glass and finished with a new white metalwork to brighten up the exterior.

The client had a deep pantry closet which made it difficult to see what was in the back. In order to decide on what custom pullout drawer depths they wanted, they took everything out of their existing pantry and measured the items they wanted to group together, for instance, canned cat food, stacked two deep. Or in another high back pull out, oils and vinegars. Then they selected the depth drawers they wanted, and we custom-ordered drawers to the width of the pantry and the depth. So now everything is in its place and everything has its place. They especially love the wide custom spice drawer as they can fit 40+ spices in there.
Now their pantry is uniquely suited to their needs and is also much more efficient in its use of space both vertically and depth-wise.

’25 years ago’ design shows — that’s why this young family needed DiD to create a whole house transitional transformation in their newly purchased home.
We refreshed or completely recreated every single room in this 5000sf Moorestown home. From removing the family room and entry murals, to shrinking down the overpowering fireplace, changing lighting, and custom creating furniture and built-ins to suit the needs of this energetic family of 6. Light and bright was the goal in most instances, with pocketed touches of moody blues and grays. We also accessorized and installed new window treatments throughout.
Take a look and admire the new view. Now this family can truly say this home is ‘theirs’ in style and deed!

Decorating a space with eclectic pieces isn't simply about introducing similar colour, texture or the right proportion/scale. The true beauty of a well decorated eclectic space is hidden within the art of harmonizing details. Each item has its own unique character which is seeking attention. If there isn't a sense of balance between the items, each piece loses its distinctiveness because its competing against the other items in the room. For instance, the hand carved details within the Asian curved armchair is in great contrast to the linear lines of the modern leather sofa, two completely different styles and looks. However the linking element is that both items have a metal detail at the same eye level which naturally allows the eye to transition from one piece to the other while maintaining it's appreciating of the different style that each piece conveys.

Custom steel deck railing for an Albuquerque residence.
"I've had 2 jobs done by Pascetti, steel railings on a 2nd story deck and steel railings on a deck that hangs over an arroyo. In both instances the estimate appointment was on time and the estimate was priced fairly, and usually lower than others I had. These guys are so busy (b/c they are so good and fair) that the hardest part of working with them is timing....you might have to wait a couple of months B4 they can get to your job. But once they get to your property they are completely prepared, all of the materials are ready, the installation crew is incredibly fast and hard working, they finish the job in a timely manner (half a day in both of my installations), and the final product is the best it can be: high quality and installed perfectly. I can't say enough good things about this group. Oh, by the way, they answer emails and when dealing on the phone with scheduling or accounting they are friendly, easy to work with, efficient." - Don D., Homeowner

Inspiration for a mid-sized contemporary u-shaped medium tone wood floor and brown floor eat-in kitchen remodel in Boston with an undermount sink, shaker cabinets, blue cabinets, quartz countertops, white backsplash, ceramic backsplash, stainless steel appliances, an island and white countertops

A bathroom remodel is a crucial step to appreciate the overall value of a property. However, the plumbing, flooring, lighting, and fixture installation can shoot the cost way upward. Therefore, you should carefully assess the aspects of small bathroom remodel costs. For instance, you should know where to cut the corner if possible and how to keep the process and material procurement cost-effective and well within the limit.
