Crisp and clean Master Bath remodel in Thornton PA under$ 24K. A Kohler shower pan and wall panels make a great looking shower in this new bath. The shower wall panels give the look of true marble but are durable and no grout lines to clean. The custom glass shower surround tops the shower off and makes it a real show stopper. Large format floor tiles keep it simple and the new tub area leaves the bathroom spacious and open.

This exclusive guest home features excellent and easy to use technology throughout. The idea and purpose of this guesthouse is to host multiple charity events, sporting event parties, and family gatherings. The needs for this project included an expansive outdoor space that provides an unobstructed view of the open space behind the home while also being able to enjoy the sunny Colorado weather. Through an in depth design process the decision to use Tigerwood, a hardwood decking, was established. Tigerwood provides a long lasting decking option that looks beautiful and absorbs wear and tear much better than its softwood and composite counterparts. For the roof it was decided that a timber frame design with cedar tongue and groove would be the best duo for form, function, and aesthetics. This allowed for multiple lights, outlets, and a ceiling fan to be integrated into the design.

Inspiration for a 1960s family room remodel in Los Angeles

Removing or reducing barriers helps add light and create a better flow between spaces. To achieve an open kitchen, dining-living room and entertaining space, this small Upper East Side apartment required a gut renovation. By removing the walls, changing the sink location, creating custom cabinets to maximize storage, adding seating as an Island Table and upgrading lighting and finishes, we created a glamorous and highly functional contemporary apartment.
