Behind the low stone wall is the pool and spa with it's own audio zone using two surface mounted speakers on the low wall. All around the edge of the putting/chipping green are 8 landscape speakers allowing for an even sound level all throughout the back yard. the customer can stream music from the internet or from his personal collection stored on the Kaleidescape movie server.

Inspired by the surrounding landscape, the Craftsman/Prairie style is one of the few truly American architectural styles. It was developed around the turn of the century by a group of Midwestern architects and continues to be among the most comfortable of all American-designed architecture more than a century later, one of the main reasons it continues to attract architects and homeowners today. There will be six-suites at 513 St. Jean Baptiste each 1100 sq ft, two-bedrooms, one bathroom. Their media system was AT&T Uverse-based, cluttering the living room with 5 separate components, 3 remotes, and multiple cables. We replaced AT&T with Comcast for high speed internet including the cable modem and wireless antenna, increasing their wireless download speed from 24 to 175 Mbps. On the opposite wall, we installed PowerBridge recessed cable management outlets to run cables behind the wall, hung their television on a Sanus super-low profile fixed TV mount, connected an Apple TV HD, and set them with YouTube TV. Result, one cable modem/wifi antenna and one small Apple TV box.

When side walls are low, we can gain some height with deep slanged partitions.

The three organizing systems in this room are perfect for a home office. The white closed cabinet is where all large electronics are stored including printer and cables for computers and internet.
