Since this was a prelist, we did not have the budget to replace the tile. We regrouted instead. The project involved visually widening the entrance to the kitchen, changing the lighting to appear less orange and removing the soffit shelves and improving natural light. The breakfast bar was also pared back to create better walking path to the dining area.

This lively living room has vibrant orange walls that commingle with blue accent chairs. A vertical mirror above the comfortable white sofa provides a visual focal point.

A photorealistic visualization of a contemporary bedroom interior. The design focus is on geometry, lighting balance, and material tactile quality. Key Features: Color Palette: Earthy tones, cream, and deep beige. Contrasts: Matte black accents (lighting tracks, furniture details) against soft, light surfaces. Textures: High-quality fabric shaders for bedding and curtains to achieve photorealism. Visualization Workflow: Modeling was done in 3ds Max. Lighting setup involved a mix of HDRI for soft daylight and artificial light sources (Corona Light) for the interior accents. Post-production in Photoshop to adjust contrast and color grading

This Master Bathroom remodel removed some framing and drywall above and at the sides of the shower opening to enlarge the shower entry and provide a breathtaking view to the exotic polished porcelain marble tile in a 24 x 48 size used inside. The sliced stone used as vertical accent was hand placed by the tile installer to eliminate the tile outlines sometimes seen in lesser quality installations. The agate design glass tiles used as the backsplash and mirror surround delight the eye. The warm brown griege cabinetry have custom designed drawer interiors to work around the plumbing underneath. Floating vanities add visual space to the room. The dark brown in the herringbone shower floor is repeated in the master bedroom wood flooring coloring so that the entire master suite flows.

This New England home has the essence of a traditional home, yet offers a modern appeal. The home renovation and addition involved moving the kitchen to the addition, leaving the resulting space to become a formal dining and living area.
The extension over the garage created an expansive open space on the first floor. The large, cleverly designed space seamlessly integrates the kitchen, a family room, and an eating area.
A substantial center island made of soapstone slabs has ample space to accommodate prepping for dinner on one side, and the kids doing their homework on the other. The pull-out drawers at the end contain extra refrigerator and freezer space. Additionally, the glass backsplash tile offers a refreshing luminescence to the area. A custom designed informal dining table fills the space adjacent to the center island.
Paint colors in keeping with the overall color scheme were given to the children. Their resulting artwork sits above the family computers. Chalkboard paint covers the wall opposite the kitchen area creating a drawing wall for the kids. Around the corner from this, a reclaimed door from the grandmother's home hangs in the opening to the pantry. Details such as these provide a sense of family and history to the central hub of the home.

This was an extensive whole home renovation and addition. The project involved expanding a very cramped living, dining, kitchen space by pushing the rear wall back and expanding into the existing carport of this mid-century home. As well, a master suite was added to the home. A major goal of the renovation also was to connect the living space visually and physically with the home's fantastic rear yard.

This commission involved the renovation and conversion of two duplex apartments into one single residence/retreat. The two existing external stairs were removed and replaced by a single internal staircase. This intervention made it possible to create one large outdoor area and maximise the existing view. The steel canopies and wooden sun terraces act as visual links between the two original living units. In collaboration with Minimum Arquitectura.
