Inspiration for a huge modern full sun front yard river rock driveway in San Diego for summer.

Photo is a close up of the woodgrain of the siding. This is a home on Lake Livingston Texas that we removed the old siding that was rotting. We then installed new LP SmartSide siding that comes with a 50 year siding and trim warranty. We painted the home with Sherwin-Williams Super Paint.

After. We kept the modern finishes in the Powder Room with this “Infinity” oblong mirror from CB2 and these “Deep Ball” vanity lights from MODCREATIONSStudio on Etsy.

Our client wanted a traditional Venetian Plaster in her garden room that was filled with tropical plants. And of course, she wanted it in her favorite color, denim blue. Veneziano is the most traditional Venetian Plaster finish, and dates from the Renaissance period, when Venetian architects and designers were looking for ways to give their buildings the same elegance as the buildings on the mainland, but without the weight of using stone blocks and slabs.
