Located in the Casa Loma area of Toronto, these loft conversions used to be an old Toronto Hydro Building. Our client had downsized from a traditional four-bedroom home. Our mission was to make these 12' ceilings feel homey and maintain a more contemporary design than her previous home. We painted, wallpapered, draped, added beautiful lighting, and furnished the new home for her and her family. Mission accomplished! When working on our exterior projects, we do our best to hide all fasteners. It;s a cleaner look, and improves the performance of the fasteners themselves.

Full redesign of patio. Elevated existing patio area, brought in natural tone pavers and separated patio with a paver sitting wall in order to add dimension to the space. Included a custom gas fire-pit, lighting and SP Turf.

Older home in desirable Phoenix central core neighborhood gets a master bathroom makeover from no tub to bigger shower and freestanding tub. New materials and ambiance reflect feelings of refreshing water and the family's love of bathing and relaxing in a leisurely mode while dreaming of far away places yet to be discovered.
