Thank you so much for the kind review.
The project was a challenge, for sure. Project management can be so tricky. I am glad in the end, though, that it worked out. It did help that we were working with our contractor who has known us for years and many projects.
Thank you for the referrals, also. I am so glad we were able to turn your project around and make it a house you are proud to entertain your relatives and friends in. That means a lot to me and everyone who works for you.
I would love to work with you on any future work and can't wait to see you again when I come back to visit !
I hope that the completed design was absolutely what you wanted it to be and we'll always be around to help you finish off the accessories. Please, let us stay in touch as we wrap up the details to make it even more of a perfect fit for you.
Thank you for this ~
We loved working with Murray and Cindy because unlike our regular design work we got to help out in a restaurant design that was originally outdated but in a prime Manhattan location. Because our staff is a multifaceted array of expertise, we have one whose experience is years of restaurant and hotel design. We can cover a lot of ground here and we learned that through this job.
Thanks again Murray and Cindy - best of luck in making your restaurant a success!
As with any job, there can be design challenges, and although you can't make everyone happy as what is always desired - you can only do your best to try and move things in a workable and positive direction. As with this job and in every design job (!!), we had many caveats and hurdles, but the difference is in how we worked together to resolve all aspects in the best way possible.
I was grateful for Emily's patience and understanding, because in actuality she could have written a bad review about our firm, because many things happened that went awry, many things out of our control, i.e. vendor delays and errors et al., and many things happened within our control that we resolved (as we always do!) executing design critiques and evolving the design into something more beautiful than we had originally anticipated.
I am grateful for clients like Emily - she could move past the present issues at hand and look at the end result in a positive way - which, at the end of the day, transformed into a beautiful and timeless design that we were all happy to partake in.
Thank you again Emily, and looking forward to designing your home upstate!
Hoping you'll start the new year beautifully with your new design and new feel - looking forward to the future together and a new friendship gained!
Had any of the accusations you made been true, you certainly would have terminated us long before the project was complete. As this review makes clear, you aren’t a person who experiences negativity and lets it slide.
This is a sad way to end what is a successful project. You have a beautiful home and we have a negative review because you don't want to pay for what you received.
