This is an organic Lime Wash done with a true lime wash product as opposed to a brick mortar or concrete that is often seen on new houses. This product can be applied as a solid coating making the surface completely white, or can be applied and "washed off" in many artistic ways, as seen here. It features transparent patterned screens, sculpted walls, and a minimalist glass tiled tub. A palette of fresh neutrals, silver metallics and whites, is layered with luxurious textures, and grounded by dark wood. Mosaic tiles evoke the colors of the sea, and dance light across the surface. To create a unique kitchen, we take inspiration from the personality of our clients; it’s a collaborative effort to develop the exact look and feel that best suits their lifestyles. The challenge of this kitchen was to re-build the existing kitchen and adjoining full bath, creating a much better flow with plenty of storage for this active family (as they often entertain seaside). The two-toned cabinetry in both white and laguna blue reflected a true beach-feel adorned with a terrific choice of starfish and shell shaped hardware to draw attention to this creative and beautifully transformed seaside kitchen. We remind our clients that in order to be unique, do something unique! And this is nicely demonstrated in both the layout, color scheme and backsplash design details. Our client selected several hand painted decorative ocean creatures for the backsplash, drawing from colors in the room, and this created a truly unique conversation piece! A glint of sparkle from the white quartz countertops brings you closer to the beach in this impressive oceanfront home. From flooring to ceiling, we created a picture perfect beautiful beach house kitchen that is not only functional but provides a relaxed and inviting feel for these seaside owners.

While the bones and layout of this bathroom worked perfectly for the family, it needed a serious style update. We went with a very modern and contemporary look that was warm and textured. Slide open the walnut barn door to reveal the stunning vignette of a starburst chandelier hanging over a bathtub that begs to be bathed in. This bathroom also features two his and hers closet doors to match the sliding entry door, sleek polished nickel bath fixtures, floor-to-ceiling tile and an expertly-crafted walnut vanity.

This stained glass window was created as part of our signature Aspen Stained Glass line. These windows look beautiful in cottage style or contemporary homes and are a great way for outdoor enthusiasts to celebrate their love of nature. The textured appearance of the glass provides the homeowners with a high level of privacy and comfort.
